Absolutely love this place my wife and I have had our storage unit here for a little over a year now the manager Hope is amazing I've met her husband a few times too he's great. They definitely like to get to know their customers and if you need anything all you got to do is call. Hope is definitely one of the ones that likes to get to know her customers and they've always got a smile on their face if you're in need of a storage unit if you're in need of a store in a boat or a camper or just storage for anything they're definitely the right place to go to I would refer this place to anyone. If you need a storage unit go on and they'll set you right up does it take long at all let me know John Nelson sent you.

Absolutely love this place me and my husband John a little over a year now have had no issues the place stays amazingly clean the manager of Hope and her husband Chris are amazing people they definitely like to get to know their customers if you need anything the answer right away I would definitely recommend this place to anybody if you need a storage unit or need to store a camper or boats this is the place for you. Great storage facility so far, no issues and the lady in the front is the sweetest. She helped me get into a building even though I didn't have much to spend. So nice and kind.

I was in need of storage, and within minutes, I was told no problem. Got my unit right away. Very friendly, and easy to deal with. Exceeded my expectations. Hope the (mgr.) Yesterday 11/29/2023, I called Hickory Saver Storage to inquire about a storage unit. It was around 4:50 and they closed at 5. Usually I wouldn’t call a business so close to closing time, but I was desperately looking for a storage unit in a timely manner. Hope picked up the phone and answered all my questions with such kindness and even a few minutes past 5. She was so incredibly helpful and willing to answer any and every question I had (which was a lot!).

Today, 11/30/2023, I arrived to view some units and I was met by Hope. She is such a wonderful, delightful asset to this company. They are blessed to have her! She showed me around to multiple units because i went in very indecisive, as I’ve never rented a storage unit before. However, she was ready and willing to show any units I requested to see.

Hope, if you read this, please know you were amazing today and eased my mind when it came to picking a unit that was right for me and what I’ll be needing it for. Thank you for your kindness, patience and willingness to show me around. I’ll be honest, I shopped around all day Wednesday for storage units, but when I made the call and was greeted with such kind customer service, even though this unit wasn’t on my route of where I was looking, I will be giving this company my business. Thank you for employing such kind folks!

Very convenient location and affordable prices. Clean and secure facility and management goes above and beyond to help you to have a smooth move in. I would definitely recommend this facility over ALL of the others!

I arrived at Saver Self Storage and they were amazing! Hope and her Husband where both very help full in finding me the right size unit! They have great pricing and are wonderful people. I highly recommend!!

AMAZING experience. Super friendly and helpful staff, didn’t try to push extra locks/insurance/etc and left all decisions fully up to me.. clearly explained the discount, auto pay, and when I would have to make payments/be out of the unit in order to avoid charges. units themselves are very nice and clean, and there are carts provided for the interior units which made unloading and transporting a breeze.. made at least a 1 hour job less than 20 minutes

Hope was absolutely wonderful in helping me after hours to get the unit my wife and I so desperately needed. Amazing customer service!

This place it’s absolutely the best storage place I’ve ever rented from! The staff went out of their way to help us! Process was super fast and storage units are super clean! They are located at a convenient location and very affordable!

I must say this place is absolutely the best storage facility I've ever been to. The customer service is great. The receptionist Mrs. Hope is the best she gives you a warm welcome, and is a very nice lady, and is more then willing to help you if she can, and creates a laid back atmosphere! Also the facility is very clean and environment is drug free and I'd recommend this place over any other facility! Thank you Hope for all you do...

I was very nervous calling to try and get a storage unit. The lady was so nice and so helpful. She walked me all the way through everything and helped me do everything I needed. I highly recommend storing with them!

Wonderful experience!! The customer service from Hope was above and beyond. So courteous, helpful, and informative. They take extra measures to provide a safe and clean environment. I was thoroughly impressed!

The stuff ( hope and her husband) are wonderful the place is very clean and they do everything they can to help you wouldnt rent a storage unit any where else.
