I had a bike fitting with Jeff recently. He spent quality time with me understanding my unique situation and needs for Mountain Biking. The fitting went great. He gave me excellent recommendations on new handlebars and stem and installed them for free. I had such a good experience that I also ended up buying a couple of his rental bikes for the family. I highly recommend Jeff and Dave.

Such a great bike shop very trustworthy, the guys do a amazing job they guide you in the rite path in what you need! Jeff is a great guy! Thank you for everything and definitely coming back for more!

The name is weird but these guys are solid and set me up with a bolt drill-out and replacement from a factory mega over-torque one of the shock trunnion bolts on a Marin bike. I'd called ahead a few days before so that helped. Also scored some other gear while waiting and checked out some other Marin & Scott models I wasn't familiar with... easy access to Bent Creek and I'll add them to my quiver of bikeshop goto's easily. Thanks!

Rode it to town from FL and had a issue with my shifter. MustAshville took care of me and helped fix the issue so I could get on the trail. Fun group of folks working there! Would highly recommend!

Jeff and David are really great! I wouldn’t take my bike anywhere else for service and/or repairs. Friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Best thing is, You always know who is working on your bike.

Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me today when I purchased a bike. As a beginner, he went above and beyond to answer all the questions I had. He was not pushy at all with trying to make a sale and when I decided on a bike, he went into detail making sure I understood everything about the bike. I would highly recommend this shop.

I want to start by saying that I have been to a few shops here in Asheville and NONE of them were as helpful as MustAsheville! Jeff(owner) is one of the most patient people I’ve talked to. The shop as a whole is the best bike shop I’ve ever been to. Both David and Jeff are awesome at what they do, extremely knowledgeable and customer service cannot be topped, I promise. I had a small specific bolt fall out of my SLX shifter on a trail at Bent Creek and I was lucky enough that Jeff had a spare bolt for my bike. He was very nice and helpful!

Preparing for a long (for me) bike trip of 350 miles, and of a certain age, I was concerned about my knees holding up after some recent pain. While getting my bike prepared at MustAsheville bikes, I found out Jeff, the owner, is a certified Specialized bike fitter. I had already scheduled a fit with a licensed PT and bike fitter, but decided to take a chance with Jeff given his bona fides and pleasant demeanor. I canceled the other appointment and am throughly satisfied with the bike fit from Jeff and changes to my bike after a few hundred miles and no knee pain! I highly recommend Jeff's fitting service (extensive and detailed), as well as, the bike services he offers at competitive prices and speedy service!

Love this shop! It's conveniently located at the mouth of Bent Creek and has a great vibe. Jeff is wicked helpful and the service and turnaround time is unmatched. I've been in several times now since he relocated and it is without hesitation my go-to spot for trusted service help. Check 'em out!

I wanted to rent a mountain bike while I was in town for a conference, and called the morning of. Jeff asked some questions about my riding ambitions and suggested their 150mm travel full suspension rental option. He had the bike ready for me when I arrived 20 minutes later, fine-tuned the sag for me, and had great advice on where to ride, favorite trails, and highlights to see. His recommendations were spot-on (including the suggestion to buy a paper trail map since cell coverage is really spotty at Dupont)! I was genuinely impressed with the handling and condition of my rental bike (I got a Scott Genius) and had an epic day of riding one of the best trail systems I’ve ever visited. I will definitely be back the next time I am in Asheville, and highly recommend this friendly little shop to folks from out of town. Their rental prices were also way better than other shops in the area that I looked at, and they’re conveniently located on the way to Bent Creek, Dupont, or Pisgah. All around, the experience exceeded my expectations. My only regret is that I didn’t have more days available to ride during this trip!

Love the dudes! Been here for countless fixes on my Scott Genius and they have always been such an amazing help! Will die for must Asheville bikes, but seriously these guys rock!

These guys do rentals right! I called the shop on a busy Saturday morning from the Charlotte airport when I saw it was near the Pisgah National Forest. I figured it was a long shot that I could get a mountain bike for a few hours when I landed in Asheville, but might as well try. David asked all the right questions about my experience level, how challenging of a ride I wanted, height, etc. When I arrived, my Spark bike was ready for final adjustments and David offered a suggested route. Even though it looked like a quick ride to the park on Google Maps, David explained on the phone that it required riding on a busy highway. For $15 they will take you to the park, leave you at a trailhead and pick you up. That was a huge save-timer that allowed me to spend more time in the park. Great service and equipment from people with a real a knowledge and passion for mountain biking.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys! Always willing to help and do everything possible to make their customers happy and get the bikes ready to ride.
Their store is pretty cool and have plenty of parts to get you set.
