I enjoyed working with Lennie to purchase a new Trek. Some minor adjustments were made before leaving the store that made a big difference. I am an old roadie and this is my first Mtn. bike. NC roads scare the hell out of me. I did do a lot of research and reached out for advice from friends in the industry and I think the Marlin 7 will work fine. Steve Miller

I rented a gravel bike here and had an awesome experience. I also had the guys assemble a Scott Spark for me and couldn't be happier. Brian has been super knowledgeable and helpful and I've been very impressed with the shop. This is definitely my go-to local bike shop now.

My husband bought a road bike from Liberty ten years ago. Taking it with us to overseas assignments in Australia, China, and Pakistan, my spouse put many miles on it. After the crankset was damaged in a recent move, I called the store to ask their help in finding replacement parts. Liberty’s sales rep was helpful and efficient. Within a day, the parts we needed had been located, and were on their way to us.

One of the best shops around! I live in VA and purchased a Norco Optic online from Liberty this past week. The communication and help they provided is next level. If you're looking for an awesome deal at a fantastic price be sure to hit Chris up and he'll get you going. 10/10 recommend!

Always have a great experience here. Brian was super helpful. He helped me find a helmet for my son and helped show me how to fit it to his head properly and check fit. Great place. Amazing customer service.

I ride an electric, fully suspended recumbent trike, and Liberty has always had what I needed, or was able to get it for me in a short time - including software updates for the motor. Their range of accessories is great, and their work has always been a 10 out of 10.

Brian was a pleasure to work with. I am taking my new bike out for the first ride today. I was very happy with the price that I paid for the bike, and I was impressed with the service and professionalism that I experienced. Much better experience than others I have had with shops in other states that won't give you the time of day. I felt like they listed to what I needed and made recommendations accordingly without coming across as pushy. They let me test ride the bike I was interested in, and helped me get the correct size. If I would have ordered online I would have ordered a bike that was too small because the companies size chart was not correct. I certainly would recommend this shop based on the two times that I was there.

Everyone at Liberty is super friendly and helpful. They always steer my family and me in the right direction to fit our needs and make sure we have the best possible experience on our bikes. Great shop, great people, great bikes. Don't miss the numerous group rides they have as well. Such a great time out on the road or trail!

Brian was absolutely amazing, I was flooding him with questions and he was unbelievably knowledgeable and professional. Very happy with my experience, especially as someone with relatively no knowledge of electric bikes.

Probably the friendliest bike shop I’ve been to in Asheville :) sometimes shops aren’t super approachable especially as a woman, but the dude that helped me was knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. And the prices were reasonable! Picked up a seat bag and a backlight for an upcoming bike packing trip. I’ll be coming back!

Such an awesome bike shop. Had a new (to me) bike that needed some repairs and a clean-up and everyone there did an amazing job.
