Lovely items in this store. So many choices, it was hard to pick. We ended up with a glass lantern in the joy pattern. Cannot wait to use it. The ladies working were very very helpful.

Susan is so patient, creative and thoughtful in her design process. You must stop in and see the beauty she creates with rings, earrings and necklaces - you will not be disappointed!

The store has very unique gifts. They have a lot of glass items. We love the glass Christmas Trees and the glass globes that you can hang outside for yard art. They also make custom jewelry. The staff is very helpful. Yesterday was the third purchase we made in two years. Two done in person, one over the phone and shipped to us. Everything went as you would expect. If you like unique quality gift ideas, then this shop is worth a visit.

I can't say enough about my experience with blue. I was looking for an engagement ring for my now wife (spoiler alert), and had an idea of what I thought she wanted. Unfortunately, finding a ring in the style she liked was not easy. While blue had a number of great rings, nothing exactly fit her very particular style. After speaking with the helpful staff, explaining the types of jewelry and rings she liked, they talked to me about custom designing a ring for her. I wanted it to be perfect, so they sketched me a ring.

They walked me through every step of the process, from stone type and size, material and finish. It was great to have someone focused on helping me get what I wanted, not making a sale. Throughout the process, they were transparent about how long it would take and worked with me to get me the best bang for my buck. In the end, the ring was exactly what we had drawn up, and exactly what she wanted. "Perfect" is the word that gets thrown around, and not just by her.

They made what can be a stressful process a breeze. 5 stars.

The ladies who were there were extremely helpful and we ended up purchasing a glass star and a glass ring holder. I love this place! Everything is very elegant and unique - they really educated us as well on the rich history and where the pieces came from.

My boyfriend stopped in here just because we were intrigued by the name but it turned out to be really cool. By that I mean we had a good time looking around but didn't see anything in our student price range. They have a ton of glass stuff so be careful walking around. Also the woman in there was super friendly.

I had my wife's engagement ring designed and crafted at Blue, and the experience was great (as was the ring). Working with Susan was a DREAM. Not only did she give me a great deal on the most expensive purchase of my young life, she threw in an extra sapphire stone for free, just for the sake of the design. I have since pointed anyone looking for an engagement ring in Blue's direction...in fact, both of my wife's sisters got their engagement rings at Blue after hearing about our experience and seeing Anna's beautiful ring.

And if that's not reason enough to shop there, my wife loves her ring so much, I accrued like a billion Husband Points which has allowed me to play video games all damn day without a single nag from my "permanent girlfriend".

My husband and I had been to the Biltmore Village Blue Goldsmiths store during a visit to Asheville years before we got married. He knew that I was really taken with their unique and original designs and remembered them when he was planning to propose. He secretly worked with Susan and her team to design an engagement ring that was totally and completely me. My husband was so impressed with Susan's patience, creativity and enthusiasm for her art. The ring is spectacular. I, then, worked with Susan to create my husband's wedding ring. We could not be happier with Blue and have returned many times for other special gifts.

Of you and on the area I highly recommend you stop by here. The people here are woundeful. Some of the best hand blown glass art I've seen. Perfect gift for anyone. Some truly one-of-a-kind. Thank you I got most of my Christmas shopping in one spot.

Worked to create a custom ring for our 40th that reflected her original wedding band stone surrounded by our birth stones and those of our children. After we resolved the design O secretly had them use the design to create a necklace

there was a flaw with a product that was purchased. They shipped me a new one!!! No hassle!!!!! Didn't know customer service like this still existed! BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!

You have to visit this place. The women working there are so nice and helpful. The glass balls are beautiful. I can not wait to hang it when I get home.
