They give great advice for styles and hair color/balayage ideas and know how to execute it from pictures or ideas we have talked about. We came to this salon a year ago and I am so happy we did!! My husband loves the way Christina cuts his hair! Kailyn always has the perfect color for me! My hair has never looked so healthy and I always get huge compliments on the color.They make sure your experience is relaxing and soothing!! You are treated like family by these ladies! I will never go anyplace else! Thank you so much for always being so professional and a top notch salon!

I cannot rave enough about this salon! Kailyn always does a great job. She listens so well to what you want and has a talent for executing your vision. She is kind and courteous and very professional. Her scalp massages are magic! I highly recommend her services.

I like this place because they take their time with you. I only get my hair cut once or twice a year, so this is a good way to "treat yourself". They offer wine to drink while there, as well, although I've never taken them up on the offer. Hairstylists all seem nice and excited to help. Very chill atmosphere. I'll keep returning.

I got my hair done last week and let me just say they are wonderful. As soon as you walk in they are super friendly! The place is so nice and well put together my stylist did a balayage on me and she listened to what I wanted and asked questions and made sure it was exactly what I wanted she took her time and even made small talk! Definitely will be coming back and highly recommend. They are very professional in what they do ladies and gentlemen

I love Studio Sublime. I just moved to Hickory from New Hampshire and you know how scary it is to find a new stylist who will listen to what you want and then give you a fantastic haircut. Well, Tina rocked it the first time and my visits continue to be the best! Can't say enough good things about the salon - comfortable and elegant at the same time - and super friendly stylists. The wash, condition and head massage are out of this world!! You won't have a bad experience here. Try it for yourself and see!!!

I've never walked in a salon that felt "high class" yet didn't make me feel out of place. They greet you by name when you walk in and treat you like a valued customer. Kailyn did such a wonderful job on my hair. She gave an excellent message during my wash and offered quite conversation during my cut. She listened to me and took her time with the service. I appreciate the care and consideration given to me during my appointment. I look forward to my next one.

Kailyn does a great job cutting my hair! I just moved here from Ohio recently and have finally found my new hair stylist! The decor is very warm and inviting and everyone is extremely friendly. In addition to a great haircut, Kailyn also does a wonderful job giving a scalp massage while shampooing my hair. Puts me to sleep every time. I will definitely continue going there and am extremely impressed! Keep up the great job!

I love Studio Sublime and recommend it to everyone I know. Kailyn is the best hairstylist I have ever had, and now, my sister now comes up from South Carolina in order to have Kailyn cut and color her hair. The atmosphere is elegant yet friendly, and everyone there is very down to earth. The prices are very reasonable especially for the exceptional service you receive.

They always do amazing with my hair. Every cut and color comes out perfectly. Not to mention how friendly they are! And I won't complain about the massage either, haha. Wonderful place to get a haircut. You'll love it.

Everyone here is so delightful and friendly! They are very knowledgeable and the consultation was great. They will offer you a beverage of your choice (even wine!), wash and condition your hair, then give you a massage, and make your hair look fantastic.It was so relaxing. A great experience! All of this came at a price that is LOWER than other salons in the area. I can't see myself going anywhere else.

When I walked in 2 years ago with serious color issues, Tina created magic and I walked out with my hair looking amazing. Two years later still call on Tina to color and style my hair and still looking amazing. All stylist are great but Tina or kaylin are my go to people...They are awesome!!!

I love Studio Sublime!!! I've been going here for 4 years now and I wouldn't trade this salon for anything. The customer service is amazing and everyone that works there is so sweet. Kaylin does my hair and she never fails to make me happy! Such a talented person. Definitely recommend this salon, hands down.

This place is amazing. The people are friendly and professional. They serve you with a drink as you get your hair cut as well as finish with hot towel treatments and head massage after wash. They even help you learn how to style your hair. I'm not that good of a learner.. but the effort is appreciated and I'm getting better. Lol. Amazing perks for a fair price. Love it!

I was desperately in need of a salon! We recently moved from Dallas, TX to Maiden, NC. I am accustomed to having my hair maintained with either a cut, root touch-up, highlights or just something totally new, typically every 8-10 weeks. Finding a new salon - more importantly - a new stylist, is a big deal for me. After several, long months of searching online, reading reviews, looking at client pics, I finally decided on Studio Sublime and chose Kailyn Miles as my stylist. I solely relied on reviews and before/after pics in choosing this salon, and in further selecting Kailyn.

My hard work certainly paid off! I was very impressed with the decor and general "vibe" of the salon. The quiet and tranquil salon setting was immediately taken in and a sense of relaxation came over me. I also noticed every staff member had impeccable hair and makeup and all were dressed appropriately and in a classic black uniform. Their professional look further reinforced to me that I truly was in an exceptional salon. I was promptly greeted and offered a beverage. When my stylist, Kailyn, came out and introduced herself, she asked me what I was wanting to achieve during my appointment. After a thorough consultation, she began working on assembling her tools and mixing color, etc.

She talked with me through each process, asking me guiding questions that would help her better identity what my vision was and how she could achieve the results I desired. Her extensive and professional training were clearly evident. Kailyn conducted the entire visit with poise and professionalism. When she turned my chair around to show me the final result, I was more than pleased! She did an exceptional job with translating my vision into a beautiful cut and color. She absolutely exceeded my high expectations!

I have now been there twice and even brought my mother in for a haircut with Cristina Miles. My mother's hair has never looked so good and she booked her next 6 week appointment!

I have had lots of compliments on my hair. In fact, just this morning, my coworker told me this is the best haircut and color I have ever had. Studio Sublime is elegant, yet cozy. I highly recommend it, and I've been looking for a while!
