Broadways

Broadways is the dingy dive bar of your dreams(four pool tables), thoroughly tempted to tell you to stay away because it's my choice drinking spot. But a few more friendly faces wouldn't be bad. They've also got one of those totally enclosed outside drinking/smoking spots which is a rare find in Asheville.

Also beware it's a membership club, easy to get into Mon-Thurs. But they don't take new memberships Fri-Sun. Like no go whatsoever. Which means if you don't have a membership, either don't attempt it on the weekend or buddy up to someone who does so you can be their guest.

Also Corey the owner does late night food upstairs that is a life saver when you get the munchies.

Best bar and food in town, Love you guys! Brand new tables!

Hands down, this place has THE best booger wall out of any dive bar bathroom I've ever had the pleasure of pissing all over

I like the careful attention to detail, especially the older boogers that were painted over with a heavy coat of blue paint. I have always felt good art should be protected, so kudos to the owner !

The pool tables look like someone deliberately sprinkles dryer lint and pocket scrapings on them nightly, honestly I've been left pondering whether I should add a few boogers of my own

The smell alone earns Broadway's my 5 stars

What a cool dive bar. Lisa was our bartender and she was very helpful, sweet and attentive. The place has personality and the drinks are affordable and good. Highly recommended you come once if you haven't been. When there is food, it's darn good. Just need some regular food hours so we know what to expect.

Great music , good food and lots of fun

Rosetta's Kitchen is a great vegan eatery. I got the Reuben, chips and queso and mashed potatoes and gravy. Service was fast and the waitress was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it especially if you are in the mood for some comfort food. I topped it off with a Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake. 😍

Broadway's is the best local oriented bar in Downtown. Great food, great drinks, and a relaxed atmosphere make this one of my favorite places in all of Asheville. Predominately tourist free, this is a great place to relax after work and wind down.

the food that Cory makes upstairs is phenomenal. chefs kiss, some of the best food i’ve ever eaten!! sober or not!!

Best Pho in Asheville.
They serve amazing food until 2 am. The drinks are mad cost effective.
I ordered Pho to go, Friday night. 12 am. I recieved, in 10 minutes, awesome bone broth with tender beef, all the trappings for pho, and a ramican with HALF SRIRACHA AND HALF HOISON. My expectations were exceeded. Then I tasted it.
Pho is probably named after the sound you make after you taste it.
Visit this spot.

Anyone reading these reviews; note that nc law requires out of state identification be a driver's license or passport, no out of state ids.
Also every bar in NC is a private club and has every legal right to refuse service to anyone.
If you get mad at any of that, chances are you would not be welcome anyway. ❤

PRIVATE CLUB. If you are just visiting Asheville, this isn't the place for you. Otherwise a wonderful spot for good drinks and good food.
