Brooks Mini Storage - Kinston

Brooks mini storage is one of the best storage units here in Kinston NC. It has plenty of space and lighting. Self served after hours. Customer service was great.

My experience at Brooks has been great. The site is well maintained, and the manager is professional, courteous and accommodating... even with last minute changes. No complaints whatsoever!!!

Staff was friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and was easy to get to… even with a U-Haul!

I had to keep my storage building a little longer than I planned for. Thankfully they didn’t go up in price every few months. Staff was Always very friendly.

The staff was extremely friendly! Storage grounds were well kept and clean. Never had any issues with access to the gate or to my unit. Excellent price for the unit compared to other company’s. Would recommend 10/10!

Very nice and clean environment. Easy access in and out of the facility. The workers are very nice. If I had any problems (which was only one) the problem was solved in a timely manner. If I ever need somewhere to put my things I will come back. My number 1 choice. You guys are awesome. Oh yeah!!! The prices are reasonable.

Awesome management. They took the time to explain policy and procedures. When visiting my unit or even diving by the facility I would always see them doing their checks of the units. All around awesome business and people running it!!!

Process was very quick, easy, and the manager was super helpful and accommodating. Units were nice and clean, had no issues. Would highly recommend

I had such an amazing experience! I have been contacting Mr. Brian Croom since June 2022 and he has always had amazing customer service skills and an abundance of patience. I just moved in the storage today and he welcomed me so nicely. Mr. Croom broke everything down and made sure I understood every aspect of the rental agreement. He asked if I had any questions throughout his explaining. He is absolutely amazing, pleasant, and so very patient with first time movers/ renters. Thank you for such great staff!!! I recommend Mr. Croom to anyone that wants to rent space at Brooks Mini Storage!!!

He made sure to explain everything. The place was so cleaned and smelled good when i walked in.
The unit was clean and just as he described.
