I got an engagement ring made here and my fiance loves it! The designer, Paula is amazing and she is pleasure to work with. We are also having our wedding bands made here.

Paula and her entire team are amazing!!! My fiancé and I had a very specific idea in mind for my wedding bands. After shopping around and much dissatisfaction from other jewelers, we found Jewels That Dance. We came in with a simple sketch of what we wanted and Paula along with her team was able to make our dreams come true. I love having a piece of jewelry that is unique. I was relieved that my rings were made in shop and not sent around. Their energy and love for their customers is unmatched. I look forward to working with them again.

From the moment my fiancé and I walked into Jewels That Dance we felt welcomed. Today we were able to see the ring that Paula recreated in "masterful detail" from a picture we brought her. Stunning! I can't wait to wear it. We highly recommend Paula for anyone wanting to have a beautiful and special piece created. Everyone at the store was so friendly and helpful, and the items available in the store are equally gorgeous.

I was recently needing to repair a ring for my wife and shopped around the local Asheville jewelers since I didn't have a 'go to' jeweler yet in the area.
I have to say that Paula Dawkins Fine Jewelry was hands down the best option I found. The staff was very friendly and professional. The quote I got from them for the ring repair was less than half the best other quote I received and the final charge was nearly half the quote price! I couldn't believe that I got a repair at less cost than what was quoted! Who does that?! The repair itself was stunning and they went above and beyond to make the ring even better than new. Needless to say they've earned my future business for as long as I'm in this area!

Kristen is SO helpful, cheery, and willing to go out of her way to create a positive experience every single time. This is not your average mall jeweler, so don't expect mall prices; expect to get what you pay for and be happy you did.

I was looking for a gift for my fiancé, was in downtown Asheville, and walked into Jewels That Dance. I was instantly greeted by an employee who made me feel really comfortable. (I don't have a lot of money and walking into a jewelry store made me feel a little apprehensive). The sales lady, Marlene, showed me items that were in my budget. They had a good selection of items that fit into my budget. Overall, it was a really pleasant experience. I would definitely go back!

She was able to take my idea and put it together with her design expertise and it is a stunning ring. Just perfect. All the staff was very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Jewels That Dance is one of my fav downtown Asheville shops! They have a large selection of unique and beautiful pieces. Everything from a one of a kind artisan pieces to well priced items perfect for gift giving. Love the special events and wonderful staff. Of course I have to mention Marlene Robinson Clevenger!

I had an awesome experience getting my wedding band here. Tori was incredibly helpful throughout the process and a pleasure to work with! I (hopefully) won't be needing another wedding band but if I do I'd be sure to come here.

We bought our wedding rings here 15 years ago. My wife's ring wasn't staying on firmly anymore so she just walked in and they installed a ring guard immediately for only 8$. Excellent service!

Marlene, Paula, etc provide wonderful customer service, smiling faces and do brilliant work. They designed a custom piece for my daughter's sweet 16 and it exceeded our expectations.
