This is my favorite salon! All of the hair stylists are extremely talented but Jen is THE BEST. I trust her in every request I have for my hair. This time I asked for a Keratin smoothing treatment and instead she suggested a GK smoothing treatment - all organic, no chemicals. That’s a yes from me. It made my hair so silky smooth, shiny and soft + her cut! Just WOW. It’s amazing

I have been going silver for about 5 years and was concerned about it getting dry and breaking but wanted to go blonde to blend it in as it greys. Jen, Caitlyn and J are absolute masters at their craft. When I tell you I was lifted from a level 2 to a 9 in one sitting full foil with Jen, that's not hyperbole when I tell you that I will never go anywhere else. If you need color or highlights they are LITERALLY the best!!!

Jen and Caitlin are amazing - I used to live in a remote part of the country and came back not knowing how to treat my hair well for years.....every time I come to this salon, not only do they literally make me more beautiful but make my soul feel beautiful as well. Highly recommend. Excellent artists, beautiful people. Also, if you want coffee or wine, whichever, they'll bring it to you!

So appreciative that the ladies were able to get me in on short notice after a cancelled appointment elsewhere. They did a great job with my updo, it lasted past the wedding I was officiating and well into the night!

Salon Dragonfly does a wonderful job! Not only do you leave with gorgeous hair, they teach you how to have healthier hair too!

My experience with Jen was just awesome! She expertly cut my baby fine curly hair into one of the best styles I've ever had. She's very skilled and has an eye for detail.Her genuine and fun personality made the haircut the highlight of my day, it felt like meeting up with an old friend. The salon itself is lovely, low key and in a great location right next to the parking garage. Think I finally found my hair guru in Asheville, yay!

Called last min to get a appointment and they were able to get me in for a cut, color and wax. I loved how my hair turned out it looks amazing. It was a lot of fun with my stylist. She was so friendly and professional. I would recommend this place. It was also very clean and inviting. Cant wait for my next appointment. She even trimmed my caterpillars and made them look great.

Leighann did a great job. Definitely found my hair ego spot. I love the vibe too! Great energy.

I have super curly hair, and haven't had many good haircut experiences. That certainly wasn't the case this time around though! Danielle did a wonderful job with my hair. She really took her time with each strand and was very meticulous. I couldnt be happier with the length, shape, and style! Highly recommend!!

Welcoming kind service. This salon gives a great curly hair cut! After 10 years of cutting my own hair for fear of another bad cut, I put my trust in Brooks and she took phenomenal care of me. I'm so in love with my new hair cut! The whole salon crew seems to show a great deal of respect to thier client's. I would most definitely recommend this salon to all my friends and family.

AMAZING!!!!!! I had a Groupon and it was literally the best appointment I have ever had! Caitlin was my stylist and Jen is the person who greeted me. I was not sure if I wanted a cut/style or color and so on. But Caitlin took the time to listen to what I was thinking, what I have been through and where I kind of wanted to end up. She gave me great advise and it all started there. I was there for 3 hours and honestly, this was the BEST Saturday afternoon I have had in a very long time. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. I have very long, thick hair. Caitlin took the time with low lights, wonderful massage while shampooing and then the relaxing experience of a cut that turned out to be so much better than I had imagined.

Jen was very attentive and offered something to drink and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of.

I would definitely recommend Salon Dragonfly and HIGHLY recommend Caitlin Cross. She is very professional, knowledgeable, extremely personable and she LISTENS!!! She is warm, vibrant and makes you feel relaxed, I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Everyone here was very nice and accommodating. The hairdresser I had scheduled to do my hair for my wedding cancelled about two weeks before the big day. Someone had recommended for me to call Salon Dragonfly. Thankfully they were able to squeeze myself and my bridal party in on the morning of the big day. They did a great job and they were very patient with us as we were working on short notice and a time crunch. Thank you so much ladies !

Brooks was amazing!! I had a wonderful time with her and the entire salon today! Went in feeling drab, colorless and without a true “style”. After consulting with my likes and dislikes, as well as analyzing my face shape and what colors work best for my skin tone, She thoughtfully made me feel so welcome! Very cool vibe in the salon, which made me super happy to be downtown and the price point was waaaay lower than I expected for the service and time she provided! Def go and see Brooks! She is a NYC worthy stylist here in our gorgeous mountain town!

Jay gave me the best haircut I've ever had in my life! I have super thick curly hair---I was worried about taking 6 inches off but we picked out a style and she matched the photo/style perfectly. I'm in love with my new look. What amazed me most was how effortless it was for Jay. She's confident and brilliant! Thank you! I look forward to seeing you again soon.

Wow! This salon is amazing. I saw Brooks and she was so attentive, compassionate and very talented. She knows her stuff!!! She is a very gifted gal with an eye for knowing what works best. I am glad that I had the opportunity to meet her. Now I have a new stylist and Salon to call home!!!

This salon is wonderful! I took my daughter here to get her hair cut. She had been growing her hair out and decided she wanted to chop it off into something different and edgy. I called into this salon and they made a quick appointment, were on time and so sweet to my daughter! She got the exact cut she wanted and everyone asks where she gets her hair cut. Nothing but awesome things to say about this salon!

If you have curly hair, Jay, the owner is the stylist for you. She understands how to work with your curls and I’m always happy with the results. I get my hair colored and love the color products which look great and keep your hair healthy. I find all the staff friendly and always leave feeling and looking great!

Jen did such a great job with my hair and was so creative. My hair has never looked better and she really took her time. The salon is beautiful. Go see them, you won't regret it!

I had the BEST hair experience at Dragonfly! The staff are amazing and the experience was great. Another high-end salon in town had left my hair looking like I had bleached it (NOT what I had asked for) and I didn't know if it could be repaired. Caitlin assured me that I was in good hands and I couldn't be happier! CAITLIN IS AMAZING!!! Not only did she fix my hair, but she mixed colors so flawlessly and my hair is the EXACT colors of the picture I showed her - and the picture I showed her was a bit complicated - Caitlin didn't hesitate, didn't tell me it was too complicated - but confidently and flawlessly cut, and colored my hair - EXACTLY what I wanted!!!! Go to Dragonfly!!! :)

First cut and color in over a year and Jay (Janice, the owner) couldn't have nailed it better! I have been looking and trying different styles over the years yet have never truly been satisfied with what I ended up with until Salon Dragonfly! The staff is so friendly and helpful and truly work together as a team and family. The salon is beautiful, clean and inviting and I will most certainly be going back as a repeat client!
