Stopped in Brooks Brothers for the first time. Chris Moore was fantastic. Took my measurements, explained the tailoring, sizes and meaning of the different shirt designs to bring me up to speed so I could get the right size and fit. Great brand knowledge and fantastic customer service. He was not there to sell me shirts, he wanted to develop a life long customer. He did! Thanks Chris

Leanne was a tremendous help. She was patient, knowledgeable and took genuine interest in helping us. We bought 2 suits, a tux and accessories!!! Very very very pleased! Leanne definitely went the extra mile!

I stopped for a suit, due to Covid, they didn't seem to have what I wanted in my size. As I was walking away, the salesman literally chased me down, he had found the pants in my size that we couldn't find at first. End of story is above and beyond service and a fair price.

The sales person was patient with us and helpful, a winning combination, and much of what we got was heavily discounted, they made buying a suit of clothes fun. The quality of the weave in most of the clothes I looked at was above the average.

Great place to shop for upscale clothing and suites. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of fitment of and style. I cannot say enough great things about this store or it's staff.
