The best vibe! Their food is absolutely delicious ❤ coffee drinks are fantastic. One of my favorite things- the take a book, leave a book library they have. I adore this and I have taken books and left lots! I’m so glad to see this! But also yes- the food and drinks are amazing! I’m obsessed.

It was my second time ordering the quinoa bowl from taste full beans. I didn’t expect the quinoa bowl to taste that good! I could never have enough and will definitely come back for more!!! 💕

Second time here, and we love it. The staff is so friendly and the food and coffee never disappoint.

I always go here but tried a new place in Hickory at someone’s suggestion. After waiting there for 5 minutes, I left and went to TB. It was a busy Sunday morning but I had my drink in one minute, a yummy bowl of oatmeal the next, and the surprise of a musician playing acoustic guitar. Tasteful Beans never disappoints. Thanks to everyone working there for always making it a great experience.

Perfect- the food the vibe the service and the giant menu! Local art and plants and unique gifts … the whole shop is wonderful.

This place was amazing! Only in town for a few hours and I was able to get an amazing red velvet latte and a chicken salad sandwich to go. Best food I've eaten in North Carolina! Love the atmosphere, decor, many people happily chatting. Perfect feeling you want in a local coffee shop. 🙏❤

Love the location and the main street feel. Teas, coffees, random snack items. Basically, it's a farmer's mkt feeling. Plentiful seating inside and out. And a fountain inside. Yes, inside. Extensive beverage menu from which I ordered an amaretto mocha. I'd have to try it again before having lunch, but it's a cool place overall.

Great place in the center of downtown with indoor & outdoor seating. A great boutique atmosphere with several local artist & author selections. Excellent menu featuring non-gluten and vegan options. Great specials and an awesome coffee, tea, and smoothie selection. Staff was happy & friendly, food was delicious ( made with care), and my london fog tea was on point!! I highly recommend and will be back:)

Amazing prices, interesting and funny staff, and terrific food. Naturally, the coffee and tea selections are out of this world. Hickory is lucky to have this place.

Very supporting of the Arts and you can buy a really nice gifts there, too. The fact that they support and sell local authors is another thing super impressive to me. I never knew there were so many talented writers in the area.

Wonderful atmosphere! Great place to stop and unwind with "a cup of joe"!! Plenty of parking & shopping in the heart of Hickory, NC!

Full menu throughout the whole day with a bunch of healthy food options (Gluten Free & Vegetarian). Even the pickiest eater can find something to eat. Highly recommend the Black Bean Wrap!!! Very delicious!!

It’s not just coffee…… I’ve enjoyed several delicious meals here and usually like to get the quiche (the bacon and onion is especially good). But now that I’ve been adopting a plant-based diet, I found myself reaching out of my comfort zone and today tried the vegan Bali Bowl. While it may look like just a pretty assortment of veggies, it is brought together by a delicious dressing and WOW IS IT GOOD! I like coming here now especially because there are several vegan items on the menu to try in addition to all the delicious items that include meats and cheeses. It’s an ideal place for me to dine with friends.

Great breakfast or lunch coffe spot. They time limited the tables on a super busy Sunday morning but maybe they open up on slower weekdays. I had the breakfast burrito with hot sauce and it filled me up good. Fam each had the avocado toast and most could not finish it. Mango smoothies needed a little honey to sweeten them (personal preference) but my kids actually enjoyed them! Indoor and outdoor seating. Inside had tons of local artistry for sale, actual cool items I would like to own and wonder photography.

It is so fun to explore many latte options - I spent about 5 mins to decide my drink😅 Very art-friendly and family-friendly atmospheres. Good place to refresh my day with a delicious latte.

Coffee was great! Cute, vintage vibes. Had a cookie to share, if you like crispy cookies like we do you've got to try it.

Very cute place, glad we stopped here. The amount of options here are wild, I feel like you could get something different for every day of the year. I got the rocarum frozen tea, fantastic. The breakfast bowls were delicious. Little disappointed in the macaron - macaron connoisseur, flavor was great however it was extremely dry/crumbly. Would do better being kept in an airtight container if they are being held over multiple days. (But this isn’t a macaron shop so still giving 5 stars because everything else was amazing). So much to look at in this cute shop. 10/10 would come again and recommend friends.

Great place for a plethora of coffee and teas! Great selection of food as well!

Great spot for coffee and food, with numerous other gift items and provisions to browse. Coffee is roasted in house, with many whole bean varieties to take home. Similarly, a large tea wall provides wide variety for the tea lover. Breakfast sandwiches are generously sized and tasty, and come at a very low price compared to many breakfast options. The staff was all friendly, and our food was quickly available. The only other feedback I have is that the lemon blueberry scone was a bit dry, and a little light on flavor and sweetness. Otherwise, the overall experience was terrific.

I love when you have to come a small town and find a little (probably family own) business.
Wonderful place to sip an aromatic cup of coffee; the people working behind the counter are very cordial and helpful, taking their time to explain all the many different options they have available; not the dreadful feeling you get a some big coffee chains (where you better know the names of their different options) no this place is a great experience with the abundance of options and also very cozy

Oh, wow. This place was a real find. I'm so grateful for the coffee shop search button on my GPS apps on my phone--they take me to some of the best places that aren't a Dunkin' Donuts. Beautiful coffee, the Green Goddess bowl was outta this WORLD, and the selection of coffee paraphernalia and unique gifts and local art was a balm for the soul. I'm really happy I found this place and look forward to returning.
