I had shannon as my hairstylist and she did an amazing job. My hairs been thinning and falling out rapidly due to medical issues and she cut it perfectly. I got a short bob and she managed to cut my hair in a way that brought back some volume and is low maintenance. I absolutely love my hair and will come back regularly to maintain it. She was also lovely to chat with while having my hair cut. She brought back confidence and pride in my hair.

I have thick, curly hair. I've only had a few people ever be able to cut my hair so that it's flattering, let alone stay flattering as it grows out. My haircut 8 weeks ago looked adorable, and as I'm sitting here waiting for me next appointment time to arrive, I still love it and get compliments! Mark was very knowledgeable about texture, products, ways to change up a look with very little effort. So I got a great hair cut, more knowledge, and great conversation. The salon is gorgeous, and clean. The stylists are so friendly you are put at ease and feel truly welcome.

Mark is absolutely amazing! Not only does he make sure to make your hair dreams come true, but he also puts the health of your hair as his top priority! My hair looks and feels healthy while still achieving the level of blonde that I wanted. He always gets me on the schedule quickly and his text reminder service is very convenient and helpful! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Mark is the best!!! He's great at cut, Bayalage and definitely added fun color accents!! Costs are very reasonable and his schedule is flexible. Highly recommend

Mark is a genius! I had wavy thick hair and no "talent", I'd just pull it back. I heard about Mark and Studio 3 and I'm so glad I did. I asked for something sassy, easy to wash, shake and go. Thats exactly what I got! We're newish to the area and we're thrilled to have found Mark! I've already run out of the business cards i asked him for.

James has been doing my hair for years now. I love playing with colors and he has always done a great job. The one time the color did not turn out right, he redid it free of charge. No matter how many different colors I've tried, my hair has remained healthy. I have been a hair model for Mark at various bridal shows. He does the most gorgeous and intricate up dos. They are both amazing at what they do and strive to always provide the best customer service. There is no one else I would trust to do my hair than James and Mark!!

Mark has been doing my hair for a VERY long time. And the new salon is just amazing! It's small which makes it feel a lot more personable, it's less crowded, and all of that makes it an experience where it feels like it's just you and your stylist which is great. Mark has tons of talent- and I attached a photo of my most recent style. I just had a baby and wanted to reinvent myself a little and do something different JUST FOR ME. It took Mark almost 4hrs to get this look- but it's exactly what I wanted and so amazing.

He has so much talent with color! He's also done tons of "fashion colors" for me in the past and he is someone I 100% trust to just do whatever he wants for my hair and it to look amazing!

I have been getting my hair done by James for years! His coloring is by far the best you can get! He took my hair from awful to gorgeous, he really takes the time to teach, he actually listens to his clients wants and needs!

Mark did my daughter's hair before her formal dance, she looked amazing, people stopped us on the street to ask where we were going and who had done her hair! I went to see Mark for a makeover and makeup tips. He was extremely helpful and accommodating and I did feel more confident afterwards.

When my daughter got married, I hired him to do her and my hair and makeup. On the wedding day he did a fantastic job. He worked quickly and efficiently and helped emanate calmness in our hectic environment.

The makeup was spectacular, and my daughter’s hair was beautiful. I got lots of compliments as well.

James is my personal hair guru! He not only listens to what you wants but also improves your thoughts ten fold. I've went to him for the last 4-5 years and there's absolutely no one else I would trust to touch my hair. Over the last years this man has become apart of my extended family and all because he is so welcoming and friendly and just absolutely amazing all around. He's amazing with his work and always will make you feel amazing about how you look. I cannot say enough about him, so please just make the appointment with him. I love what James does with my hair every time! I have fine thin hair and it can be a challenge but not for James! He works his magic every time! James and Mark make a awesome team! They work hard to do all they can for every client! I’m never disappointed and I am a client & friend for life!

I've been going to Mark for probably about 10 years. He is the absolute best! He's the only person I will let touch my hair. He's been through all my wild streaks with my hair (and handled all my self made mistakes). He takes pride in his work and is honest. Couldn't recommend a better place.

I honestly don't know what I would do without James!! He has been my go to guy for years for my hair and more recently my sons. My son has difficult to manage hair. Yesterday I messaged to see if he could fit him in this week. Not only did he work around our schedule to get him in there, he came in, when he should have been at home. I always feel better after my cut and colors but yesterday I saw my 13 yr. old continue to bond (with someone I literally love so much) and walk out with his head a little higher and feeling proud of his choice for his hair style.
