Marianna Geyer and her team have been wonderful to work with. She has guided me to make the right decisions every step of the way. She knew this was my first home purchase and she made recommendations on things I would have never thought of. She is very knowledgeable in this industry, every question I had she has the answer for me. She got me a better deal on the house than I expected to get, and she worked very quickly to get everything scheduled that needed to be scheduled. We have been in constant contact through this whole process and at anytime that I have needed to speak with her she has been available to talk/email.

Julie Wilson is another person on her team and she has been wonderful to work with as well! Between the both of them they have showed me the property numerous times even after we were under contract they still showed me the property again just to make sure that I was 100% Satisfied.

Attempted to contact this realtor multiple times via message and telephone about a rental on furnished finder. Never replied to messages. Never returned phone call.

I met Marianna to look at a potential rental home. We are a former military family of 4 , my husband is a 70% disabled Army veteran and we have 1 year old son and 5 year old daughter. My husband lost his job in 2020 due to Covid. However we have since recouped. When I shared this with Marianna woman to woman she brushed me off like a fly and said Covid had affected a lot of people. The meeting was pretty much over and she hurried us along. She has since not responded to my texts following up on the property. I have never felt so low and inferior as I did “trying “ to talk to this lady. Maybe she was having a bad day or maybe I came off sounding crazy but in my 39 years no one has ever been so rude to me. Not to mention she made remarks about my mothering skills when she pointed out the creek on the property and needing baby gates and that I would need to keep my eye on them. My kids are never out of my sight unless they are in bed sleeping. At the very least she could have texted or called to say no that we wouldn’t work out. ( I have not used my first name for fear of retaliation)

Very unprofessional! After leaving 2 unanswered voice mails on the phone number listed on her realty sign, I called again and she answered "Hello" abruptly with a screaming child in the background. I scheduled an appointment to see the rental property and she sent her husband, who is not a real estate agent and, was in a hurry to get kids to a soccer game. Once she got my application, she questioned my employer about my job responsibilities but not my income. ??? She then sent me an email asking why i work where i work. WHAT??? It's a bottled water mfg. company. Then never heard back from her, not even to tell me they decided on someone else. She lost a good tenant and any future business from me or anyone i know.

Her one rental from a client was a big joke. Whether she knew what he was doing or not he was trying to get money up front without even seeing the house and then when I called her her being the realtor listed it took her days to call me back and by then we had already told him he was a scam.

The most unprofessional real Estate agent I have EVER came across. This was an awful experience for my family and I wouldn't wish it on anyone else's unless they're just seeking let down and disappointment every time! Definitely wouldn't recommend if she was the last realator on earth.
