Amanda is truly amazing! I started seeing her a few months postpartum and she was and continues to be an absolute asset to my pelvic floor healing process. Not only is she very knowledgable about pelvic floor health, but she has also been been immensely helpful in my breast-feeding journey and the stresses it causes on my body. She has continued to tailor each visit to my changing needs. Her holistic approach has provided the most healing support. She seems to always know the exact muscles that are bothering me and how to approach them. It is a very validating experience to have her so readily understand my needs without a ton of explanation. As someone with a complicated relationship to the medical field, I can honestly say that I look forward to all of my appointments. 10/10 recommend. She is great.

I am so grateful to have worked with Amanda during pregnancy and to be currently working with her postpartum! She is a wealth of knowledge and truly provides a holistic perspective. There would 100% be a gap in my care if I weren’t visiting her.

Amanda is very professional and detail oriented. She took the time to thoroughly understand my issues and create a plan customized for me. She always made sure I understood the exercises and was able to complete them independently without issue. Amanda did an excellent job explaining what she was doing, why and the purpose of all movements. She’s a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her for your pelvic floor needs.

I HIGHLY recommend Amanda for your pelvic PT needs. I came to her feeling completely distraught and unsure of how I would ever improve but she was so kind and reassured me that we would find a way if I stayed consistent with the exercises. She was so good about listening to my goals and helped me to achieve them. I feel safe and confident to move in my body again and I’m so so thankful for her support ❤

I don’t think words can describe my experience with Amanda, but I will try my best.

I had heard about the benefits of Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy (PFPT) for the postpartum period, and while I was scoping providers, I came across Amanda’s very unique Birth Preparation Program package. My interest was peaked, and thus, when I met Amanda for my first appointment, I was pregnant, tired, and grumpy.

Amanda is one of those people who has never met a stranger, and absolutely radiates energy. Immediately, she made me feel so comfortable being in a space that could potentially come with embarrassment or nerves. In short, walking into Amanda’s office is like walking into a great friend’s house — one where you feel completely at ease. I found that I would walk in from the parking lot exhausted, and once I made my way through her doorway, I was filled with excitement and joy. Amanda is an energy-giver.

As for her professional services, I cannot sing higher praises! So much so that Amanda has completely changed my perspective on medical care; she has raised the standard I have for all providers, regardless of specialty. Truly, I consider her an integral part of my medical team. I have never felt so seen, heard, and cared for as I did under Amanda’s care. Her expertise is DEEP, yet she is so gifted in finding ways to connect and describe anatomical, hormonal, and physiological changes as they relate to you in clear, informative ways. Internal assessments are entirely optional, and even though this was well within my comfort zone, Amanda still communicates extremely clearly as to what will occur, why, and her findings.

Amanda goes above in beyond in providing information, providing examples (and samples!), and providing guidance. This was such a pleasant shock to me coming from standard care where I would leave feeling either rushed, with many questions left unanswered, or like nothing happened at all. Amanda will spend 1-2 HOURS with you — yes! You read that correctly!

Some items that Amanda left me with are things that I will never forget — they deeply impacted me. First, community. We cannot do this whole life thing on our own; it takes a village. Second, providers that understand that you are the expert of your own body exist. And lastly, the way she so expertly prepared me for childbirth was astounding. Newsflash to me, it is not like “taking a massive d*mp” or even “pushing out a tampon” as other people had described to me. Entirely the opposite! After working with Amanda, I was able to directly see the fruits of our time together during childbirth, and honestly, I could not help but grin and think about her during the fact (not an exaggeration). That is the impact she had on me and my experience as a birthing person, and preparation for doing so.

While I now believe everyone should go to PFPT and that is should be automatic postpartum, surely no one desires to feel like they have an issue that needs to be addressed through PFPT. However, leaning into the fact that working with Amanda was truly a life-changing experience for me, I was — wait for it — *excited* to see her for postpartum care, and I will continue to utilize Amanda through postpartum and beyond.

All of this to say, I shout this from to rooftops to all who will listen: Go see Amanda. She is an exceptional healer. You will not regret it.

Amanda is very professional and I loved getting to work with her. I was referred to her by my doctor and she was able to get me in just a few weeks after I contacted her. I have been riding horses all my life and I found that my body balance was way off and that was starting to cause issues for me while strength training. I have learned so much about how to take care of myself! I was nervous at first to see a pelvic floor PT, but the results I have gotten from going have been amazing and I am so glad I started going! Amanda works at your pace and has never made me feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend working with Amanda.

I started seeing Amanda during my pregnancy and again postpartum. I HIGHLY recommend her! She helped me tremendously in pregnancy when nothing else was working and made me feel functional again! She took a great deal of time listening and getting to know me and my history. She is full of knowledge and answered all my questions every session. I really appreciated the handouts after each time (hello pregnancy and mom brain!). I am now six months postpartum and feeling great. I truly believe seeing a pelvic physical therapist is critical and Amanda is the best! She is wonderful person and I always looked forward to my appointments. Thanks again for all you do!

Amanda is awesome. She is very knowledgable and skilled in Pelvic PT. She offered me great hope when I was at my lowest postpartum. She gave me great tools to make my pelvic floor stronger and got me back to my favorite thing of all time....running.
Thanks Amanda!!

I was extremely impressed with Amanda at our first visit. While I came in to her practice due a recommendation from someone I trusted, I couldn't imagine that she would end up being so knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate through my pregnancy journey. I am now four months postpartum, and I attribute my near-100% mobility and recovery to Amanda's expert help. Highly Recommend!

Amanda is amazing, and by far one of the best physical therapists in any specialty I've seen. I went to her in preparation for a hip surgery, and left feeling more knowledgable and confident in my body as a whole. She is one of the very few professionals I've had who has voiced the importance of both physical *and* mental well-being, which is so incredibly important. I'd recommend her to anyone of any age - so thankful I found her!

Amanda was a Godsend to me post-partum. I wish I had known about her after my first pregnancy but I'm so grateful that she came highly recommended to me this time around, after baby #2. She's extremely skilled and knowledgeable in all things pelvic floor and she has a way of educating her patients so that we can apply exercise, knowledge, manual skills, supplements and other strategies to maximize recovery. She's easy to talk to about subjects that could otherwise be uncomfortable, and he has a way of setting her patients at ease. It's very apparent that she truly cares. Highly, highly recommend to anyone post partum.

Amanda is beyond wonderful to have as a physical therapist! So happy to have found her. She made me feel comfortable from day one and never made my feelings or thoughts of worry/distress feel invalid. I highly recommend the healing practice she offers :)

A side note I have for future patients.....remember healing takes time and to be kind to yourself but take ownership in your healing progress by keeping up with the at home activities Amanda highly suggest you do.

Amanda is an enthusiastic wealth of knowledge of the pelvis and body. She helped me greatly during my pregnancy to understand the changes happening in my body and maintaining my strength and flexibility as I prepared to have my baby. I recommend Amanda for anyone having pelvic floor issues and especially pregnant and postpartum people. She is an amazing therapist!

Amanda is a kind, brilliant, and talented practitioner. She listens deeply and brings you on a journey to heal yourself that is much gentler and more empowering than medications or drastic procedures. She has an astounding knowledge base for what she does and will help you understand things about your body that you didn't even know were there. I went to her with issues I didn't understand that my doctors couldn't begin to solve and came out of the experience with so much improvement and relief. I would recommend her to anyone and I plan to!

My experience with Amanda has been pretty life changing. I'm working my way into my 40's and have lead a fairly physical life. Unfortunately my pick yourself up by your bootstraps attitude is starting to show it's age. While refusing to go gently into my goodnight I am realizing I must go gently into my own healing if I expect to continue to do the things I want and need to. Amanda has been a catalyst to help my body heal and change old patterns. I've seen continued improvement since starting with her. My life is starting to feel within my control again without the pain that was holding me back. She has been supportive and intuitive, I feel heard during our sessions as she helps me build a arsenal of tools that I can use to continue the life I want for myself. If you're thinking about physical therapy I highly recommend Amanda to help you on your journey to a pain free future too.

Looks like I’m joining a chorus of praise for this wonderful person! Amanda is brilliant and intuitive. She has such an incredible depth of knowledge about the human body and works tirelessly to help her patients. I went to her when I found out I was pregnant with my second child; I wanted to avoid the pain that I experienced during my first pregnancy. After my very first visit I felt relief from pain in my back and feet that I had for over 10 years that my body had just become used to. I am SO glad I found her and am grateful for all that she has done for me. GO SEE AMANDA! You won’t regret it!

I am a 31 year old weightlifter who has never had a child so I came in frustrated that I was having pelvic floor and incontinence issues while lifting (specifically squats and cleans). Amanda was a great educator and helped me overcome this issue very quickly (in two months). I am beyond impress and happy. To all my weightlifting friends peeing themselves, go see Amanda!!
