Beth Hill worked with us tirelessly and helped us with video meetings when we couldn't be there in person. We highly recommend this business!

Jay and Beth and the rest of their team were extremely helpful with showing us houses, giving us good information on the neighborhoods, and being very honest! They kept us updated on ever Going on with our search and our closing so that both went smoothly! Also appreciated their help with acclimating us to Hickory since we are new to the area. They were very professional and on top of things!

First of all Jay and his team are the BEST! From the first day we met Jay until even after the closing he was wonderful. His team went above and beyond to make the sale of our home hassle free. (As hassle free as selling a home can be.) We put our home on the market on a Friday by Monday we had several offers and were under contract by Wednesday. Jay walked us through our inspection reports we made the requested repairs and within the month Jay met us for our closing.

Jay also helped us with the purchase of our land for a new construction build with the same terrific service and expertise.

Last but not least I must mention Donna, who is the teams closing coordinator, and this lady is simply the best! All of my phone calls and emails back and forth were great. Her response time is simply amazing!

I just recently sold my second home with Jay Brown Realtors and I cannot tell you AGAIN how smooth the transaction went from start to finish!! We listed on a Thursday, had multiple offers by the weekend and were under contract on Sunday night. They are great... sold my house in 10 days. Jay knows exactly how advertise and sell your home fast, his wife Aspen took amazing photos of the home. Also he has a Fantastic staff, Mandy kept me updated with everything during closing and was prompt with any documentation I needed or any question I had.
