Actually I would not be sure to recommend the attention given is not correct I wanted to make sure with them and I was never treated this is a failure.

I had a terrible experience with trading my car in and transferring the insurance from my old vehicle to the new vehicle, The office however had a great experience and got to charge an additional 3 months of coverage on the vehicle I no longer owned. Needless to say I am no longer with the Brevard Rd Farm Bureau office.

I have had Farm Bureau for 16 years this office has shown what horrible customer service is. No one is friendly when you call and I could never reach my agent. my premiums were increased and wrong and every time i called it got worse. I switched to Nationwide and haven't looked back
