Slow on customer service..power outage 611 Laroque area..on hold for an hour..smh

I called to let them know I was dropping off a payment because we never received a January bill. What sounded like an older lady, was very RUDE and kept interrupting me. She wouldn't listen so I finally hung up on her. Worse customer service! She needs to learn how to talk to her customers!

Worst utility provider EVER! Not only are the staff rude. But unprofessional and negligent. Months back I got into it with Laura...about trash pickup. Yesterday I called and spoke to a man. I told him we wanted our services cancelled. He not only told me it was after hours. But that we "should had called them weeks in advanced". What confused me was that he first said we were suppose to notify them in advance. But then tells me I spoke to someone on the 21rst of march. The rep took notes that we wanted our services cancelled on the 31rst of march. So I said,"So I did indeed notify you in advance. If your rep failed to write in the notes I wanted my services cancelled the day of march 31rst then she lacks commonsense and was negligent. I no longer live at that residence. There is no reason I'd want to keep on our services with us not occupying the residence." He had no mercy. Just kept implying that his fellow rep did no wrong and that I failed to notify them in advance. Lol. They are so ridiculous. Blaming the customers. Having no commonsense. Taking advantage of the customer by continuing to bill us for services we are not using. We will not be paying for someone else to use our services. So fyi everyone.....TRY TO AVOID CITY OF KINSTON!!! They are horrible. Staff are as*holes. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Terrible we asked them to turn on power and they said they would i give no stars because they are terrible on time because they didnt show up and my family has to stay in a hotel do to failure to perform duty within service!
