FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I work for a local wine importer and often need to ship many samples out throughout the week. When I first started working for the company I was intimidated about the amount of times I would need to go into FedEx but the staff always put me at ease and made the process so smooth. Ayla as well as all the other team members have always been so helpful when it comes to all my needs whether that be printing, shipping multiple boxes at once either domestic/international, or just answering any questions I have. It’s always a pleasure walking in everyone is friendly, warm, and is never flustered or upset no matter how busy or stressful it seems. Out of many stores and businesses I frequent this store location is at the top. To show my appreciation of them this year I got them some Christmas cookies from a local business that’s how much their service has stood out to me. Amazing service, staff, the drivers also always go out of their way for me when they are in the store too. Gotta Love FedEx!

Always friendly, my little therapy dog loves it there. The staff are always polite, helpful and courteous.. Haven't had a problem yet that they haven't been able to correct 💯💯💯💯 (Thankfully because Piper wants to help fix things too). Maybe to some the pet friendly environment isn't a big thing but to me it reflects the overall personnel.

THE GUY THAT HAD IS HAIR BLACK AND PURPLE STREAKS LIKE FEDEX'S COLORS WAS AWESOME. HE WAS PATIENT WITH US. HE PACKED THE WHOLE UNIT UP FOR US. HE WAS POLITE. I'M NOT SURE HIS NAME BUT IF HE WAS EVER TO QUIT FEDEX SHOULD DO ALL THEY CAN TO GET HIM BACK BY!!

Hands-down the best FedEx ship Center and printing center in Asheville. Service was really easy and polite. The printing section is amazing looks like they do all kinds of printing. They are workstations and plenty of stationary for sale

Came in with a huge drop off last minute and the manager John helped me and my coworkers get our shipment out smoothly! Awesome experience. Thanks John and Team!

Linda was AMAZING!! I live in Atlanta, GA and am here to conduct a conference. I was so exhausted. I forgot to make my name tags and walked into the store at 6:40pm. Linda was so kind and patient. She helped me email the files, and find some memory sticks. She didn’t rush me even though I ended up being there after closing. Thank you Linda for being so kind and welcoming. Your customer service exceeded my expectations. I usually use Office Depot at home. I will definitely be looking for a Fed/ Ex location and hope that I receive the same level of customer service.

John was super helpful, easiest FedEx experience ever

I had a last minute print request and the customer service was excellent (particularly a staff member named Naomi). She managed my expectations to share the factors that may impact my wait time while committing to keep me abreast of the expected time. The printouts were well done and ready on time.

I went in to print a lot of documents for my business. Even though it was close to closing time ( which was my fault, i thought they were still 24 hours) the gentleman that helped me was so kind and helpful. He even helped me figure out how to get my files to them, because they had been sent in a weird way. Everything turned out exactly as I wanted and i would 100% recommend them for anyone needing printing services. Quality of products and helpfulness of staff was A++

Today I went to the FedEx office, wet and grumpy, only to be greeted by Kevin, a remarkable salesperson who turned my day around. Not only did I receive exceptional services, but I was visibly impressed by his knowledge and expertise of my very complex problem. He offered me a variety of solutions, thereby ensuring I understood all my options and was extremely patient with my ignorance. Kevin has a great public personality and I was quite appreciative of his kindness.
I left FedEx feeling immensely satisfied. Of course, I discovered an hour later I had left my passport on the copy machine and promptly called Kevin who smilingly returned it to me on my second visit.
His efforts are beyond expectations.

I spoke with Steve 1st & primarily but Naomi also helped. I needed high quality scans & then prints of my artwork. They gave excellent advice & made the experience extremely efficient.

I had a time-sensitive printing need (due to my own procrastination), and then ran into complication after complication with the online design and print center's ordering function being down. I came into the store only to face issues with the design center in-store as well. The associate that I worked with, Jeremy Pack, was the picture of customer service. He went absolutely above and beyond to apologize for any and all inconveniences as well as take care of my printing needs in record time. He was helpful and super friendly. Although online systems and programs tend to be flaky, this experience shows that customer services really has the opportunity to make all the difference in the world. Thanks again, Jeremy!

I had called last week and spoke to the manager Kevin asking questions about large document printing for my girlfriend who is an artist, and shipping a heavy, delicate, $1500 hi-fi amplifier to Washington state. I loved his ability to rapidly relate to me and expertise on the phone. We arrived today I told my girlfriend that I would help her in a minute. The store was busy and Kevin was there and I knew it was him by his energy. Kevin is the type of manager that I wish all business people could emulate, but they can't, he is that special! He will run multiple stores one day. Maybe the FedEx Company. I have to add that I have never met Kevin before but have been very happy with the lady assistant managers. After I got my package shipped my girlfriend had figured out the blueprint machine on her own! She was happy and I was amazed that the machine was so user friendly. My background, I started my career with 3M/Lanier business products in the copier division in 1984. We hustled and worked hard. I'm retired. For my hobbies I ship $1000 + guitars and hi-fi gear at least a dozen times a year. I will n NEVER use UPS or USPS again. I'm done with them and their slacker service! I wanted to print some flyers out, but wanted to make sure that the flyer looked right before I ordered 50 of them. Not only did they print out at least 4 different versions for free, they gave me advice on what I should change to make it look better. Overall a great place, friendly and helpful staff, really went the extra mile to help me get my work done!

I came in here in a rush and the woman working took care of me instantly. Such friendly customer service. Also, it was such an easy process- I just brought in the stuff I was mailing and she did the rest! I was shipping vinyls and she made sure to pack them extra safe so they wouldn't scratch or break.

Real human beings at this store. Kevin, John, thank you. It was a tough situation, you didn't have to help, but you did. Thanks so much. James
