Great customer service. I spoke with Ally at the Arden NC location. She was helpful in explaining my choices in the script as my doctor had sent it in with a choice of tablets or cream. She was so pleasant and easy to talk to. Also, that I received a free delivery all the way from Arden to Jupiter was great, and the cost was very reasonable compared to my Part D drug company.

So helpful & friendly! Highly recommend over other local compounding pharmacies. Free local delivery is a life saver when you live 30 minutes away!

I also really appreciate the ability to text with them to communicate about the prescription. Such a great team!

I didn’t even know pharmacies like this exist, but I’m so happy about it because they cater to people’s individual needs. Everybody was so friendly and accommodating, and when I called, there was no recording, an actual person picked up the phone!

Amazing customer service!
I needed a specially compounded medication for my dog. After continued delays from other pharmacies (and a lot of confusion for some reason) I called the folks at Sona to see if it would be possible to get it through them, sooner than later. They were accommodating and kind and made it happen very quickly! Thanks to these folks my dog won’t have to wait another four days for the relief he needed a week ago!

I love the delivery services as long as the regular delivery man is on duty. He always calls to make sure I’m home before he delivers the frozen medication. When he was on vacation my medication was delivered late. I came back a week later and it was inside me door. I had to get another refill because it was no longer frozen and was no good

The regular delivery man is consciousness, considerate, and polite. It is a very convenient service when he is on duty. If someone else is delivering, I would rather pick up myself

I have been receiving eye drops for my 5 year German shepherd who has Pannus. It has literally saved her eyesight. Thank you Sona Compounding for being able to compound an eye drop that has saved our “baby’s” eyesight! Y’all are great!!

Easily the nicest, friendliest pharmacy in town. These folks are super quick, knowledgeable and helpful. Additionally they offer delivery service that is free (locally) I would like to give a shout out to CJ who works for the pharmacy. CJ went WAY above and beyond to make sure we had a needed prescription, even making a later than usual delivery in order to make it happen . The level of customer service CJ provided is unparalleled in this town. Sona is an amazing pharmacy with true heart!

Sona Compounding is really the best pharmacy in Asheville! They are professional, courteous and bend over backwards to help their patients. Mary Beth is so helpful and filled a script I needed last minute when I was leaving town. I know it was a pain and she really didn’t have to do it but she made it work. Above and beyond is all I have to say. It’s really nice to still have businesses around that fill (haha) such an important role in the community, know you by name, and have such high standards of customer service. Love them!

Sona Compounding is awesome and does a fantastic job of making up mediations in a timely fashion. They are not only friendly, but are very concerned to give the best service possible and they deliver in the surrounding area!! They have come to my rescue more than once, as I have special needs pets who can never run out of medication!! If you want a company that is professional, conscientious and very caring, I would highly recommend them!!

Jenny is awesome! I called this afternoon with an issue with our pet’s medication (yes, they fill pet compounded meds!). The issue had to do with an inadvertent mistake unknown to a vet office and we needed a couple more days worth of the medication. Jenny was sincere, concerned, and friendly, and we were able to pick up the medication just a bit ago. Their customer service is excellent! They are COVID cautious and will bring the medication to your car. This was our first time using Sona Compounding and won’t be our last!

My diabetes had been getting worse and worse. I was having to take short acting insulin regularly along with higher doses of long acting insulin. And still, whenever I ate, it seemed like I would sweat to the point that I felt like I just needed to leave and go home and shower. I was pretty miserable with that. An acquaintance mentioned Sona pharmacy to me and Metformin cream. Metformin has such terrible GI effects that I’d never been able to stay on it. My doctor called Sona and prescribed the cream for me. Since the cream is just absorbed through the skin, there are no G.I. side effects at all! It has changed my life! I’m able to take less long acting insulin and it is a very rare thing that I ever need short acting insulin unless I eat a very sugary dessert. Everyone at Sona pharmacy has been wonderful to me! This is very affordable and it works. The staff is just wonderful to work with! And they offer free delivery. That has been an incredible benefit! I’d like to say “thank you” and “I really appreciate you” to everyone who has helped me at Sona pharmacy!

My wife and I know live on the southside of Asheville. She has selected your site to satisfy our needs. When we lived in north Asheville, I would ride my bike to pick-up each order. Being safe I will access your store from Reed Street instead of Hendersonville road. What's the best way to get from Reed to your front door?

If you have ever tried to give a cat a daily pill.... Sona is a lifesaver! Staff is always polite, friendly, helpful, on time, contacts the dr when needed. I think this place is great and am thrilled that they are a part of our community!

The Customer Service is exceptional at SONA. I have used numerous compounding pharmacies in Greenville SC where I live, but I choose to use SONA because they are always so client focused and responsive! The followup and follow through. I am extremely happy with the excellent service I got from Sona Compounding Pharmacy in Asheville. I was visiting my son in Asheville. (I am from out of town), and Soma delivered my medication and did not charge for delivery on a Saturday evening! I tipped my delivery men well since I did not expect such excellent service on a weekend. Soma is very accommodating and goes out of its way to please it’s customers. I can highly recommend Soma to anyone! 5 Stars in my book!

I hang out here with while my parents work upstairs and I feel like the staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Everyone here always tries their best and does whatever they can to help our customers.
