I recently had Susan make a bracelet for my daughter using a ring that had belonged to my mother. It turned out exquisite and it was such a pleasure working with her. My daughter was thrilled by it and loved that it had been custom made for her from my mother's ring. Susan spent time with me to design and draw it, making sure it was just what I had in mind. Charlie Cat was adorable and helped with everything too! I highly recommend Susan, her staff and fabulous store.

Susan has done several pieces of jewelry for me over the past 10 years. Two rings and three pair of earrings. The stones are all of the highest quality and the workmanship is excellent. Her design work and knowledge of all aspects of jewelry making is unmatched. I plan on having Susan design more pieces in the future. I highly recommend Susan Marie Designs.

Susan Phipps is truly a gifted artist. I have handed her loose stones to create designs for me (with no direction from me) and she has produced stunning designs. Her own creations in her store are also beautiful. I highly recommend Susan for her uniquely creative designs.

She was enthusiastic about the redesign of an existing ring and understood immediately what my wife's vision was but at the same time including her own style. Susan Marie is a wonderful jeweler as well as a wonderful person. She is making a bracelet for me (in honor of my mother) as we speak. This is my fourth custom project with Susan. Her work is of the utmost quality and she is my jeweler of choice in Western North Carolina.

Susan created an engagement ring for me (well, for my fiance ultimately) after helping me to design it. She gave me personalized attention, offered helpful suggestions, and helped me to stay within my price range. She is courteous, professional, and incredibly pleasant to work with. and very patient, in helping me design a ring for my birthday. Shared with us how she got started in making her jewelry and how in high school she learned a technique that I hadn’t heard of.
As I had learned in high school a Technique called centripetal force ,lost wax process in making rings ,bracelets and lost wax items.
Loved her cat and the gentleman who works for her, very Personable.

Top quality gems. My friend and I went in to look st the beautiful work and Bill, the gentleman behind thevout we, was so helpful in taking time to talk about all the pieces we were interested in, the science of some of the gems, and the uniqueness of the designs. Just customer service alone I recommend this place. Amazing service. Bill was so genuine and honest.
