DICK'S Sporting Goods

This was my first time in this store and I was happy with the service I received. I was in a rush, but the employee Josh helped me find some cleats for my son. I was in and out the store in 3 mins! I will be back when I have more time to shop. Thanks Josh!

A really good place to go and get stuff for sports if you haven't been here go and check them out and the staff have a lot of knowledge on the products in the store and the prices are really good to so go and take the family and get some really good stuff for your kids to play sports and they also have a lot of good clothes and golf equipment to and I can't forget about the camping and fishing gear so go and check them out you won't be disappointed

Excellent store with helpful customer service. This day I shopped for golf clubs and was helped by Ashley. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.

I was looking for some of the fall colored Nike socks and Kaleb helped me find them. He also helped me with finding some new insoles for my shoes. He went above and beyond with making sure they were comfortable.

They have some of the best employees there for sure. Rylee definitely went out of her way to help me out and she was knowledgeable about everything. She definitely deserves a raise. Another employee Will was also a big help and deserves a raise also. Thanks!!!

Great place. Best thing about thay place is customer service. I had a man named Phillip who took such good care of me. Helping me to the best he can by finding what I need, and he was very kind.

Best retail experience ever! My son and I walked into Dick’s today with his golf clubs to get some advice on what clubs would fit best for him and just looking to upgrade his pawn shop clubs to a nicer set. I had shopped Acadamy Sports and wasn’t very impressed with there clubs but we did find some he liked there but wanted to explore all of our options before purchasing. Philip assisted us and he was definitely up for the challenge. In a retail world full of folks that have less desire to help Philip delivered a retail experience that I will never forget! He not only helped us find the right clubs for my son but he also gave my son a little tutorial and let him hit the clubs before purchase. My only regret was not tipping him for his services! I don’t leave good reviews often but I really felt like Philip enjoyed helping us and I certainly needed and appreciated his help! I will go to the Dick’s in Hickory for all my golfing needs for here on out! Thank you Philip and Dick’s for hiring folks that KNOW what they’re talking about!

Good selection, I feel like the staff could have been a little more helpful. They didn't seem to sure if they had certain styles in stock , and didn't offer to go find out or look .

The staff is always so friendly and more than willing to help. They have a great selection be sure to check their clearance shoes you can find some great deals. :)

Spoke with Mike in 'the lodge' about a kayak. He held it for me til I could purchase it that
afternoon and then was going to carry it to the truck. I told him he had done enough and
thanked him for his help. Couldn't have had a better shopping experience. Thanks to

I just all out love the place for a big box store it has a homey to feeling I love the golf department shout out to Brandon I stop buy and see him and get info about new golf equipment of jus to chat even when I ain't looking to buy nothing

I needed help and a nice young lady stopped what she was doing to help me
