I come up to Asheville every year @ the holidays & have to stop here & shop @ least 3 times. Great place; warm, inviting atmosphere

I wish I would've gotten the employee's name that helped me today. I entered the store and was greeted with a friendly smile and asked if I was shopping for anything in particular. I told her I needed new running shoes. She had me walk around the store for a bit so that she could properly fit me for a shoe and also explained my arch type to me. She brought me a few different types of shoes to try on and test out so I could see what felt good on my feet. She was informative and attentive, and ensured I left with a great pair of shoes. I've always loved ASICS and I'm so thankful to have had an easy and pleasant experience.

Jessica helped me find the right style and size for myself, my 13 yr old daughter, and 15 yr old son in under 15 minutes. She was helpful, friendly, and knew where everything was! Incredible service!! 10 stars♡

The associate I believe her name is Brianna is very knowledgeable about the shoes. She explained the different styles to help me pick out the correct style. She maintained her enthusiasm from start to finish.

Shoe shopping with my husband and son is a challenge to say the least! After trying several places, we went in Asics in the Asheville Outlet Mall. So glad we did! The employees were helpful, but not annoyingly so. Other places tried to sell us their most expensive and gaudiest style. They were present but didn't hover over us. They worked with my son's sizing and even showed us a lacing trick to help with heal slip. They reviewed the return policy (which is amazing by the way) and we got a great deal on the second pair. Everyone was happy! Found my new brand of kicks!

Dia was very helpful! I like this store and will definitely shop again. She helped my daughter find some great shoes.

They had a true BOGO Sale!!! I got a $150 pair of shoes and my lady got a pair for free!!! Can't beat that....
