Hampton Inn Kinston

Whenever I find myself in the Kinston area, I consistently choose to stay at this hotel. The reasons are straightforward: the rooms are not just clean, but they exude comfort, making every stay as pleasant as the last. The standout feature, however, is the genuinely friendly staff. The night front desk associate, in particular, deserves a shoutout for her exceptional service. She not only remembers my name but also ensures my room key is ready the moment I walk through the door, adding a personal touch that is rare and appreciated.
I plan to continue staying here during my future visits to Kinston and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, welcoming place to stay.

Rooms are clean and well furnished. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Free breakfast includes waffles, breakfast breads, eggs, breakfast meat, and grits. Biscuits, gravy, and potato are served on alternating days. The cleaning crew keeps the common areas very clean and housekeeping cleans rooms on request. The hotel is conveniently located near fast food and sit-down restaurants. Overall we had an excellent experience during our stay.

Had a problem with the heat working in room 225.
And the fan in the bathroom was broken. Extremely loud screeching sound that it made when we were using the fan in the bathroom!!

We checked in at midnight, and we were greeted by a friendly alert and helpful front desk Employee.
Breakfast was awesome in the morning, our room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Showers were hot with good water pressure..

The staff was very accommodating when I needed to set up a block of rooms for our son's wedding recently. Our family was able to all be on the same floor which made it much easier to visit. The front desk was very pleasant and check-in went very smoothly. The rooms are spacious and clean. In the evenings we were able to meet in the breakfast area to visit which was nice considering most came from great distances. I would definitely stay at this location in the future. Thank you.

Great place to stay on the way to Beaufort, NC. Hotel has a large reception and breakfast area with plenty of great seating options. Excellent customer service for check in and the breakfast area. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Breakfast had a large assortment with plenty of room to move around, unlike most hotels. After my stay I left something in the room. I was called and they shipped the package to me with no charge. I'll be back!!

This hotel is extremely awesome as are most Hilton hotels. But this one offers truck parking. I am a truck driver and I love it when a hotel caters to truck drivers as well as everyone else. It's just really awesome to get out of the truck every now and then. There little store is accommodating. And there little laundry room is awesome as well. I just wish they had computers in the business center with printers as most Hilton hotels have. I will be staying at this hotel again in the future for sure.

I was here on a work trip and the staff was always friendly, the rooms were clean and the hotel is located near several good restaurants. The breakfast, while not the biggest selection I've experienced at a hotel, is good, convenient, has enough variety to stay interesting, and part of the room expense. The parking lot is large and has spots close to each wing of the hotel for convenience as well.

The staff was very nice and friendly. My room was clean and neat. The complimentary breakfast was very good. If I had a complaint, it would be that bacon was not an option for breakfast the nights I was there. The sausage was good, I just prefer bacon.

This was a clean, comfortable hotel. I stayed 4 nights and enjoyed the variety of the breakfasts, the fitness center, and the pool. The room set up was great with a loveseat and C table in addition to the desk. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean, the staff was very attentive and provided a great and fast check-in process.
The room was clean and no smoke smell, love it. Perfect place to relax by the pool and close to many restaurants.

Staff is always nice friendly and welcoming and the rooms are comfortable. Only issue is that I usually smell Marijuana in the parking lot or on the halls. Luckily it doesn't get into the rooms.

This is our 2nd visit in 5 months. It was much better than our previous one. The hotel and its rooms are always very clean. The desk staff was much more professional, alert, and attentive this time. It made our experience so much better and we are glad we stayed here again.

Great hotel. Stayed just one night, got in late and left early so it was a no frills experience. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, the bed was clean, and the A/C was cold. So my needs were met. I would stay here again.

Very good experience. Stayed here while in town for work. The room was clean, well kept and in order. Quiet, pleasant week of rest. A special shout out to the young man and woman on the evening shift. They kept me in the know on where to eat. Great stay!

Came into town to eat at Chef and The Farmer and the Boiler Room and decided to stay overnight here. Check in was super fast and the front desk staff was very helpful! The room was clean and comfortable. There was a refrigerator with a small freezer that actually worked! The breakfast was very good. There was an oatmeal bar, eggs, sausage, waffles and a whole lot more!
