I love this insurance agency. My number 1 pick as far as respect, courteous service. Literally, on some of my lowest days, I left happy. Customer satisfaction and they donate as well. I would give 10 stars but it's not an option.

I recently called to pay my husbands bill n told the gentleman ( whom's voice I pretty well recognized as have had working at my nationwide company)about leaving a message n not getting a call BK , others have complained but he was going to check ✅ into it as others have had similar issues. He's always been too notch and suPerB customer service 👍😉. This nationwide is lucky to have him . "Mr. Blake" w the CunTrY accenty😌😌😌😌

Have been with Nationwide/ Jeff Kincaid for 30+ years. I have all my insurnace needs bundled through Jeff Kincaids. Never had a problem in getting answers when needed.

Jeff and his staff always made me feel like I was their most important client. Each year they reviewed my policies to make sure I had the correct coverage and also to see if they could save me money. I've NEVER had another agent do that for me. I was sad when I moved to Florida and had to cancel my policies. If you're looking for an agency that CARES about their members, look no further.
