*update*Just want to give a review up to this moment of my experience with Aspen and particularly Lee Morris from the Lexington office . It has been an absolute pleasure to work with this team my consultant has been Lee the whole time he has kept us up to date and worked with our insurance company he has been very professional and courteous and answered any and all quesions i have had. Even when the going gets tough dealing with some insurance claims he has hung right in there and fought for what he thought was right and had the whole team of Aspen backing him the whole time . It may seem like a large company but they are truly people who care about the communities and the impression they leave on their customers I'm so glad I made the right decision and went with Aspen . I will update once our work gets completed we are in the final weeks and will be able to tell more about the quality of products they use.*update* so we finally got our roof and siding done and we are completely happy with the color and it has been a few hiccups with the crews which had family issues arise but we got our siding finished and are more than happy with the color Aspen uses alside and the color is a very rich midnight blue and and very different from the almond color we had . The roof which they use Pinnacle pristine and is the hearth stone is very rich and the texture looks very different from what we had . Overall we are very happy with the quality of the materials they use and the overall outcome that we have as a finished product . But a big shout-out to Aspen and Lee Morris for keeping us on the books no matter how many questions or what time I messaged with my questions and helping to sort everything out to get this job done for us thank you
