I had a color correction done by Charla, who is AMAZING! She fixed my hair that was made hideous after another stylist had turned it yellow and patchy and awful while trying to do highlights. Charla was kind, funny, and really took her time and saw what my hair needed. It is now a beautiful shade of highlighted blonde, EXACTLY the shade I wanted! I don’t know how she fixed it (and with NO damage!), but I’m so grateful that she did!

This Salon is always a wonderful experience, only this time I had the opportunity to fall into the hands of Stephanie! I knew what I wanted in my mind and she knew how to translate it and give me the result I was expecting! When I tell you that I live in Charlotte, NC and I have the opportunity to return to Swansboro, I don't miss the chance to treat myself with them! Not only did she leave my hair looking fantastic, Stephanie spent time teaching me about products and how to style my fine hair! Totally recommended the Salon and this beautiful, talented and friendly Hairstylist! Thank you girl!

Crystal is such a talented stylist/colorist!! She really, really takes time to listen to her client & get to know them & what they want her to do. Personally,, I let her guide me with my hair!! I went there a while ago and forgot to post a review but it was honestly the best experience I could have had I was there almost 4 hours my stylist made sure I was comfortable and had great conversations the entire time I got a platinum silver like the one to see on Pinterest that came Turkish salons that are almost impossible to achieve I did already have very light hair but with some blue stains when I say it came out perfect I truly mean perfect it could not have been better I really wasn't sure if those results were possible without some sort of editing or extensions

Made a last minute appointment yesterday for some bubble braids for a concert I was headed to! Stephanie was able to get me in at a time that worked for both is us, my hair was so cute and we even “vibed”! I’m super happy with my current stylist but I will definitely consider Stephanie for future services!!

This place is seriously amazing. I can't recommend this place enough. The environment was so welcoming and two hours seemed like thirty minutes. The staff here are true professionals and are extremely attentive to each customer and their needs. They're kid friendly and I'm blown away by the quality of work. Y'all deserve every star because of the outstanding customer service put in. Thank you again. We will be coming back.

There's never been a bad experience walking out the door of Lavender Cove! Not only do I love the treatment, and how great I feel when I leave, but I genuinely love the staff, especially Crystal! There's nothing on the world like finding the person you want to do your hair as long as possible!! ❤❤

The receptionist at the salon was extremely kind and sweet. And I was forever grateful that they were able to book me an appointment, on such late notice. I had the owner of the salon, Crystal Lavender, highlight and cut my hair. She was so patient and kind. And because I have such thick hair it takes a very long time to cut and highlight my hair. When I left the salon I was truly shocked by what an amazing job she had done. She managed to do exactly what I had asked her to do. And when I was at the salon I got a ton of compliments. I will definitely be coming back. And I highly recommend other people to go there as well. I have experience with how nerve-wracking haircuts can be. And she truly put my mind at ease.

Got my hair done here for the first time today and it was great! My stylist was Lindsey, she was really sweet and able to fit me in for trim/color on a few days notice. She took her time and gave me exactly what I asked for. I love my hair color!! I will be returning here in the future.

I got a trim and color from Crystal. I already had color on my hair so we had to lift it before we could even start. It took over 5 hours but she was patient and took her time. Before I even left the Salon I was getting compliments. I love my hair and Crystal and I will definitely be going back.

Charla does amazing work! I went grey and wanted to stop having to do my roots so often. She made my hair the same color of what grows in and it all matches and looks awesome! Color, highlights, cut, blowout, waxing, she does it all! And very well! Thanks Charla!!😁

I came here for a trim and Lindsey did my hair. She took her time doing it right. It looks amazing and probably one of the best cuts I've had in years. She gave me exactly what I told her I wanted. And $30 for shampoo, condition, cut, blow out and styling??? Yes please!!!

I made an appointment with Charla based on a friends recommendation. Needless to say, charla will be my permanent hair dresser. She fixed months of hair messes made by hair butcher's in Jacksonville.
