Bogue RV

The folks at Bogue RV on Hwy 70 are fantastic. Bob Oliver is an honest, no pressure salesman. He answered all my questions, and found the answers to the questions he didn't know. Unlike other camper dealers, Bogue RV has no hidden fees. The documentation fee was disclosed right away and the camper price was between the J. D. Power average and low retail price. I was able to negotiate an additional discount. Chris, a mechanic who inspects and repairs the campers, was very thorough during the walk through. He demonstrated and explained how all the systems work, stayed late on a Friday afternoon to ensure we were happy, understood how everything works, and made sure we were properly hooked up and ready to travel. My experience with Bob, Chris and Bogue RV was excellent. I highly recommend them and would buy from them again!

I would like to thank James and Darlene at 24, Matt at the Service Center and JC and Sarah at 70 for an all round pleasant purchase experience.
James and JC, at their respective locations, were generous with their time and knowledge, showing us what Bogue had to offer at each location.
I found Bogue RV's website a valuable tool to sort through their big inventory to narrow down our search.
Ultimately, working with James, we picked out the unit we needed. With him and Darlene, we sorted out the purchase paperwork and financing with a minimum of fuss.
Last but far from least, Matt did the final check of our trailer, conducted a thorough and educational walk-though with us before delivering our trailer and setting it up right where we needed it.
James was attentive and available but I never felt pressured at any point. This was a good experience for such an important purchase.

Nick and Dennis in the service department are very professional always took care of business and do good work! Highly recommend any work with bogue rv as long as they are there youll be taken care of.

We took our camper in for an inspection, there was a few things that needed doing. Bogue Rv were great, they did the work we wanted in a very timely manner. A great place and we would definitely use them again.

Omg if I could give James and Darlene 10 stars I definitely would. From start to finish was a wonderful experience purchasing our Keystone Sprinter 5th wheel. They were a pleasure to work with. Thanks to to delivery guy as well he did a complete set up and removal of our old camper. Thanks again you have a great team. I definitely recommend them .

I’d give 10 stars if I could. I purchased my Keystone RV from another dealer not Bogue. When I needed service from the selling dealer they told me they could get me into service in about 3-4 months. I had a leak in the roof straight from the factory. I called Bogue RV and Nick from service told me he could get me in NEXT WEEK. I couldn’t believe it , specially since I did not purchase it there. He got it right in and went to bat for me with Keystone to get it approved for warranty. It needed an entire new roof and some panels in the bedroom. Bogue did all this in a timely manner. If that is not enough , my GE AC unit died next. Nick did not make me bring it in and sent a tech out to diagnosis. Denny the tech ,came out ,diagnosed the problem and they worked that same day for a replacement AC unit. Denny came out as soon as the replacement came in and replaced the defective unit on site. I don’t feel any other dealer would go above and beyond like this. I highly recommend Bogue RV.

We really appreciate everything that JC, Chris, and the rest of the staff has done for us in buying our trailer! They really took their time and Chris went into deep detail on how to care for our trailer. JC worked with us with our negotiation and we were able to get to a a fair price. We came in with a very small time frame to find a camper and get it delivered. James made the whole process so easy and full of fun. We couldn’t have had a better experience than what we did. James, Nick and Darlene really went above and beyond to help us out in finding what worked for us perfectly.

We were traveling through on our way to Ocracoke when our AC started leaking inside the coach.
A very friendly tech, Dennis worked on our RV and in about 15 minutes we were on the road. Service was excellent and very reasonable pricing.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Bought our used RV from Bogue RV in February 2018 and were told that our Class C had had a leak in the loft above the cab. We were told that it was fixed and that there was all new wood in that area. Took it on our first trip and found some minor repairs that were needed. By the time we brought it back, the original staff was almost completely gone and had essentially purged all records. The new staff was picking up the pieces and then the busy season game. It took 3 months for our repairs to be made. We brought it home only to discover a few days later that the loft had had a leak and all of the wood was destroyed. We took it back and the new management promised to make it right free of charge. They took out all of the bad wood for real this time, patched up the leak and replaced all of the wood. It looks great and is actually sealed up this time.

*Long story short the previous staff was shady. The new staff is fantastic and great to work with. Steven the new GM and Tom in the maintenance department have worked wonders. I would highly recommend Bogue RV as this new staff is extremely honest and doing a fantastic job.

I purchased from Bogue In April , what a easy and fast experience. Just recently had an issue with our AC unit and they were at my camper in minutes . Every time I have called about a question or concern they NEVER made it seem that I was a bother . I highly recommend them . Thanks again Tom & Steven !!

"If anyone is camping near Whispering Pines or Goose Creek campgrounds near Morehead City, NC I wanted to let you know of a fantastic RV tech, James Fleck at Bogue RV who came to our site to help resolve an issue we were having.

The last couple of travel days we would get intermittent trailer disconnect and reconnect warnings in our truck. This last travel day we lost our trailer brakes and didn’t have them the last 25 miles of our trip.

As a fulltime RV family, if an issue arises we don’t have the weeks it normally takes to get into a service shop, nor do we have the luxury to drop off our rig.

We called Borge RV service to discuss our suspected pigtail issue. James came out to help us diagnose our problem for proof to contact the GD customer service who authorized service and shipped us parts overnight.

James came back when we received our parts and helped resolve our issue. He was timely, efficient, taught us a lot and was super helpful. It’s so refreshing to meet service people who are kind and helped us as we wouldn’t have been able to leave without trailer brakes.

He even left us a few screws and spare parts just in case we ran into another issue down the road.

James was a true professional and we were impressed by his work ethic and service ability. He’s a super star for sure!"

I don't even know where to start. Bogue RV and Nick have been wonderful with there work and customer service. This past winter I had warranty work that needed done on my 5th wheel. Nick handled everything with Forrest River and the warranty. The other day my front slideout would not come out and next week we are camping in the mountains. Nick was able to come to my house and find and fix the issue, as well as teach me some things. Bogue R is the place to go to get your RV serviced.

Stephen and Diane are awesome! Stephen was very personable and patient. They were willing to work with us and get the best bang for our buck! We are very happy we chose Bogue RV

Allot of options, and great folks work there.

Nick and Jerry (I'm so bad with names) came over to level and block up my RV. They also cleared my black tank (which was clogged up), put in new hard pipe for sewage, AND installed the hurricane straps.... in 2 hours! These guys killed it! There professionalism was only outdone by their work, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them for anything else I may need for my RV. Thanks guys!
