Great home town shopping place. This is the place everyone goes to get meat for the table.

This store makes my heart sing. The meat selection is hands down the best in the area. The staff are incredible. I live 2 miles away and stop there 3 times a week, and they are constantly cleaning and sanitizing. Hands down my favorite store since we have moved to the area. Shout out to Velvet who is absolutely incredible in customer service and hard work. That girl never stops! When I walk in and see her I feel at home. Great place!

Great grocery store especially for meats. Great for special requests by butcher. Run in and run out. No self checkout. Park at the door, grab a cart. Has most staples and increasing in gourmet foods. Well worth the drive from MHC up 24!

The meat selection at this IGA is awesome! I bought a lot! The quality was good and the staff was friendly.

This place is outstanding. Great selection and prices. They have weekly sales and outstanding meat prices in the meat department . The butcher's cut to order and are very knowledgeable about all cuts of meats. The produce is fresh and appetizing. They also carry wine, beer, ice cream, soups, can goods cleaning products, lunch meat, cheeses, milk, freezer food, ETC. The owners and staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. I love shopping there.

I will definitely shop here again. Even though it is an older store it was very clean. Everyone who worked there was real helpful and genuinely interested in getting me the grocery items I needed. The meats were so fresh I bought extra to freeze. And the produce was fresh and sparkling. The fuji apples I got there were so big and delicious. I have not been in a grocery like this in a very long time, and I will be back.

We absolutely love this grocery store. All the meat is so fresh and great prices. We even had family in from out of town and they couldn't believe the prices, they loaded up before they returned home. If they ever don't carry something, you can just ask and they will order it in for you, or start carrying if you need it on a continuous basis. And we always take advantage of their bulk meat prices to fill our freezer. Their produce is always fresh, and I love as I'm going through seeing local names and local farm locations for the items. We are amazed how much longer the produce lasts because its local.

Great place to shop when you need anything. Very clean! Good quality products that are worth buying. They have a meat department that still actually cuts up their own meat products! The store owners were awesome and have really good personalities and know how to run a store the right way!

Best Meat by far. Still cutting meat and making fresh ground beef in store. Homemade country sausage is the best. Highly recommend you buy your meats there

I have shopped at this store in the past. It has been years. I have never forgot them as a single parent back in the years of 2000 when I shopped here and the Red And White grocery store in Newport. I used to stock up my home with these stores, but I am glad to see they are still in business.

This is hands down my favorite go to place for the best quality of fresh meat! You WILL NOT find another like it in the area. This is a small town family owned store and stays well stocked (unless a serious hurricane) and clean. The staff is always so welcoming and attentive. The owners are great people and make sure everyone has what they need. I recommend this place to everyone!

I just love this little store! They have an excellent selection of items for their size and they very frequently save me a trip to one of the large grocery stores. Their meats are fabulous - good selection, excellent quality, and they are happy to cut a piece for you if you can't find what you want. I buy all my meats there, even though I do a big chunk of my shopping at larger stores. Additionally, their recent renovation gave them a huge beer and wine selection, all refrigerated. If you're a local, you can't go wrong stopping in this little store.

We love their fresh cut meats and the prices are very reasonable especially when they have a special on. Their produce selection is ok. Frozen foods and wine and beer selection is good. The bread selection includes your basics. The dairy department I check all dates but just like HT and food lion sometimes the products are already expired or about to on your non staple type items.
We always recommend this store first to everyone when it comes up in conversation about grocery shopping.

I've been shopping there for 35 yrs. Excellent cuts of T- bone, poultry, pork. The only place I can find corned spare ribs & pig tails to season my greens, etc.

Convenient market with a decent selection without going to a big chain.
