Waters Ace has almost anything you need. Went there today to get a new lamp switch, and of course, they had one. They provide some of the best sales support and are always very nice.

What a phenomenal group of people working there. I needed a propane line setup to heat my house. No one in the region had the equipment I needed except for this Ace. Not even the propane dealers could offer advice but this Ace sure did. Thanks to them I got all the equipment I needed and saved me a ton b/c I didn’t need a service call from a “professional”. They are really knowledgeable and I will trust them with all my “around the house” needs.

Love this store. Everyone is eager to help. Customer service is wonderful. Like the stores back in the day, where people remember you the next time you come in.

They always have what I need, and even what I didn't know I needed.

During this cold snap, the other day I found an oil space heater that looks like an old-fashioned radiator on wheels. Safe, three heating settings, and powerful enough to keep a large room warm and toasty. And it was on sale!

Not that heavy, but the kind worker carried it to my truck. Not surprising, everybody there is so helpful and knowledgeable.

They stayed late to let a lot of folks get their propane tanks filled so they could stay warm and cook food if the power goes out.

I should have gotten a few pieces of sod to make a mini yard for Lucky to do his business in the garage. Will do as soon as the roads are safe.

I ordered and picked up sod along with other spring time yard supplies. These were the nicest people. The best customer service hands down. It felt like a small town, family owned hardware store where they ask how your folks are doing. Love this place.

A really great local treasure. I've been able to get everything I need from oyster knives to porch paint and of course hardware. Don't forget to get some ice cream before you go. Waters Ace should be your first stop when you need something, you can avoid all the hassle of a big store. They're small and they only carry good stuff so you don't have to stand around and try to guess if you're getting the right product. If it's on the shelf at Waters, then it's always the right choice.

Extremely helpful . I needed a trailer leaf spring, but they did not have the length I needed out front. At most places (these day's) that would be the end and would have to go somewhere else. But to my surprise he had been checking the whole store and actually found what I needed on another shelf. Now that's costumer service!

Great place to go to if you want to shop a little more locally. They have always had great service. And they have the best local honey!

The staff is always helpful whenever I go in here, and they have a better selection of hard to find items that you won't get in the big box stores. They also have great prices on sod, and any size drain pipes you might need.

Called the store and talked with Brenda who allowed me to place and order and pay over the phone for a glass replacement for a long distance customer for my business. Now we don't have to have the item shipped back to us for repair. Thank you for helping us take care of our customer!
