I've been an occasional customer for many years. I like going here because the folks are helpful and friendly. They do have a lot of party supplies, but also the area's largest selection of costumes in all sizes. They are always thankful when you go in there, and go the extra mile to help find whatever you're looking for.

We have been using Carolina Party for our costumes and parties for the past couple of years. The customer service is amazing-the owner and staff are always willing to help, and go the extra step. This is really meaningful when you have an autistic child who is set on having a specific costume! I think the prices are fair, comparatively, and I'd rather support a small business as much as I can.

The staff was very helpful when I was looking for Halloween costumes for my 2 kids. I had looked everywhere and couldn’t find what they wanted. When I walked in they asked what I was looking for and went straight to what I needed. If you have trouble finding something specific check here.

I called to place a balloon order for my daughter's second birthday. The lady was so nice we ended up having a whole conversation on the phone about my daughter's Barney themed party. She offered to search the store for any Barney items they may have (since it is impossible to find in stores now a days) and went above and beyond and offered to see if she could possibly order it for me! Customer service is impeccable and they got my balloons filled on time

There is a huge supply of costumes and anything you can thing of with party/event planning for absolutely every occasion! Their prices are very reasonable. The staff is amazing and so very helpful! I can't say enough about this wonderful store!

Very friendly and helpful! Went in yesterday looking for a Kylo Ren costume, the system showed they had it but we couldn't find it. They took my information and called once they found it. Definitely made my son's day! Thank y'all so much :)
