Love this location! Close to my house and the customer service is on point. The employee Jackie is always a pleasure to deal with and truly takes the time to let me know I am valued as a customer.

Amazing amazing amazing customer service!! All I needed was an iron but after walking around I ended up filling an entire cart of really cool things that were so reasonably priced!! Eric was super helpful I had never even been in a family dollar before but after today's experience I will definitely be back!

On my recent visit to Family Dollar in Swansboro, NC, I truly believe I received some of the best customer service I have ever had. I was desperately looking for something I could not find anywhere else. The store manager, Eric went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer when I left. No more DG for me.
