I have nothing but GREAT things to say about the professionalism and helpfulness I received when my HVAC unit quit working. From the time Justin Brown came into our home to do a thorough inspection of what our needs were to the detailed quote provided to us. His knowledge of was nothing less than remarkable! He was very attentive to our needs and what we wanted. When the team arrived for the install, they took care of my property by lying down drop cloths so they would not track dirt into my home. Their punctuality was were also very appreciate, they gave me one time and arrived 15min early.The install started at 8am and they were done by 11:30am.
The entire time they were here, it was strictly business, making sure that they stuck to the task at hand to ensure the install went smoothly and we had AC flowing through our home. All trash was removed, I did not have to pick up behind them.
I just wish I would have used them when I replaced my downstairs unit because it did not go as smoothly...
I would and will recommend J&J Mechanical to anyone in need of a new HVAC system or are just in need of repair work.

This company is great. They replaced my AC unit and furnace. Everyone was very professional, friendly and caring. They did it all on one day with no issues. A friend referred them, and we both got $75 as a thank you. I also received a small collapse cooler and cookies, as an extra thank you. What a wonderful way to show appreciation to your customers!

The J&J process was very customer friendly. From the actual live person "who spoke English" that called from their office to set up the appt., to the email and phone notification updates; the experience was much different than what you get with most companies these days. They showed up on time and were professional and knowledgeable. Bottom line is you get what you pay for; use these guys and you won't be disappointed.

J and J was very wonderful and very helpful! They got to our house very quickly and was able to help fix our problem within minutes and thank goodness because the summer heat is bad! We weren't sure if we could get anyone to come out on a 4th of July weekend, but to our surprise someone answered and said Spencer would call us shortly and he did. Told him the issue and he said he'd be here in 30 min. This guy was here in 25 I think. Got the unit running and its been cooling GREAT. Thank you .

Had our semi annual service this past Tuesday and received an e-mail with the technician's picture the day before. He arrived at the appointment time and checked everything and was very courteous.
Had J&J install a Bryant system about 5 years ago and have not had any issues compared to our old Trane which needed something every year

I called for an estimate on splitting my HVAC into two zones and had one before lunch. The installers showed up as scheduled and completed the job in one day. I would recommend J&J to anyone that has an appreciation for professionalism, promptness, and high quality work.

Repaired a wire that had become loose and did PM on unit!
Anthony was the service technician and he was so polite and very prompt in his work. He explained everything he had done and assured me to call back if needed.
Paula is so efficient and friendly when scheduling any type of work to be done!

Called and scheduled an app. Arrived the same day, found the problem with the tharmosat within t min of arriving, CPI security did not connect the green wire when they installed their new electronic thermostat , it was installed by one tech. and the a/c wasn't working, called again to have a tech, find the problem and again theyy said it was an HVAC problem& I should call an HVAC company since they do not work on HVAC systems, so I called J & J they were totally professional found it was CPI techs. Fault , CPI. Has to reimburse. Me the $128.00. For. The. HVAC call, well done J&J.

Received great service and it was on a holiday (Memorial Day). The technician (Jerome) was very professional and explained the work that needed to be performed in get the A/C unit repaired. He had necessary parts and equipment on service truck to make the repairs in a very short amount of time! Definitely recommend.
