Highly recommend. Friendly, fast, and thorough. When I broke down in Shepherdsville I went through the phonebook calling mechanics that had no interest in my business, then I found Ken Towery’s.

They recommended a fast & affordable Tow service, and managed to get my vehicle repaired the same day when they already had a full lot of jobs. They informed me of the conditions that caused my breakdown, showed me personally, and explained it well.

I couldn’t help notice while I waited that the customers that came in all seemed to be happy repeat customers. That says something.

Great new location in Shepherdsville, rep was very knowledgeable about all brands of tires, fast service, clean, cool waiting room on 90° day. I was even able to save $100 on a set of 4 new tires for my suv under initially quoted price. I will be back soon and recommending to friends.

We had a tire blow on the freeway, and these amazing gentlemen helped us right as they were due to close! Tire was perfect and the kindness was so very appreciated!

I would fully recommend this business to anyone in this area. My wife and I were taking a trip on August 4th 2023 to Tennesee from Ohio and had acquired a nail in one of our tires on our rental car. We were still three hours from our destination when we found this tire shop in Shepherdsville KY. Steve Nance the assistant manager of this store repaired this tire for us and had us on our way in no time at all. Thank you, Steve, and all involved for all your help.

Great communication about what caused my flat tire and what the recommended fix was. The staff was so helpful and got me back on the road as quickly as possible when I got a flat tire in the middle of a road trip. They were easy to work with and reasonably priced. Very happy with the service I received.

Spouse and I were on our way back to Columbus from Alabama (7.5 hour drive) and noticed a bubble on a tire. This place was the closest, and they were amazing to us. Got us a new tire in 45 minutes (we had a sundae at Freddy's nearby and then it was done!). They made is a priority and were so calm and helpful that it helped us relax in the middle of what could have been a pretty awful moment. I won't forget it.

This place was fantastic! I was out of town with major issues and they took care of my car fast and efficiently. They told me everything that needed to be done clearly and answered all of my questions. They truly were a blessing to me in the midst of a stressful situation. Highly recommended!

Had a tire replaced here and came back for an alignment, turns out my subframe bushings and engine shock mount were bad.

I didn't end up getting the alignment due to it needing to be done after getting the subframe work done and it wouldn't do much until it is. "We don't charge for work we don't do."

I'll be back for my alignment 😁

I recently was on a road trip (due to a family emergency) from Wisconsin to Florida. Half way through my 20 hour drive, my car broke down near Shepherdsville, KY. Needless to say, it was a rough moment in an already stressful drive. I eventually made my way to Ken Tower's Tire & Auto Care, and I am so glad I found them. I believe it was Robert at the front desk who got me in immediately, Brandon who helped do some tests on my car SO quickly, and Sean who explained my engine error code to me. In the middle of a really tough time, these three really provided EXCELLENT service, were very kind (as I was trying not to cry), and provided me peace of mind for the remainder of my drive. I couldn't recommend the store, and those three employees, highly enough! Thank you Brandon, Sean, and Robert.

Changed out the alternator quickly! They were fair and honest with the estimate. This shop has professionals that will get the job done.

I have used this location for several years and to be more specific followed the manager Mark to each store he has been to.

They are always polite, courteous and are willing to go the extra mile.

I have used them for my fleet and personally and not once have I had an issue with the work or the VERY fair pricing!

I highly recommend them and as a matter of fact I have several times. I have even sent my daughter when I was unable to go and I knew she was in good hands!!

I was on my way to visit with a friend in Indiana and my car broke down in the interstate. Broke a strut and had two tires go bad because of it. When I got it to their shop the next business day, Steve was super sweet and helped me get a price on the damage. They even ran into an issue and called me to inform me. Worked with me on expenses and got the car done in no time. I even had to come back to Tennessee to get the rest of the funds bc I only traveled with a certain amount and got stranded for a couple of days due to weather. They have been very helpful and very understanding and I want to praise them out loud that I have greatly appreciated everything that they have done. I will be telling everyone that is traveling through this town that they are the place to go!! I want to thank you all for all that you have done to help me and to save me!

I had my fiancées car serviced there today and I was once again extremely pleased with the service that Stephen Hayes gave me. Time and time again I have had the absolute pleasure of having him help me. His knowledge and helpfulness knows no bounds and he really takes the time to explain everything where a customer can really understand just what he’s talking about. He is an unbelievable asset to Ken Towery’s and is honestly the only reason I drive way out of my way to come there. He is worth the extra time it takes to get there solely for the impeccable service he continually gives.

My only complaint is I wish I had the opportunity to give more than a 5 star rating! He’s absolutely, 100% earned it and my business forever!

I was traveling through when my car broke down on a holiday weekend. I was more than 250 miles from home. To say that I was well taken care of is an understatement. Sean went above and beyond to find affordable parts for my car, to work with the warranty company, and to communicate with me while diagnostics and repairs were being done.
