I was really surprised at the choices available in store for plus sized women. The employees here made my return process a smooth experience and I was able to find some awesome deals in the sale section.

Good selection of clothes for both women and men. Old Navy always has various specials running and they always seem to have a good amount of clearance items available as well. Management is super helpful and the staff is well-trained.

Friendly associates willing to help. Some were much more helpful than others, which was a blessing. I asked 1 girl to see if she could find the only pair of size 7s in a particular shoe & she said she didnt know where they were. I asked another girl to help me find them & she looked where the other girl decided not to - they ended up being in the processing pile of clothes, shoes, etc. that ppl have already tried on. I wish I knew her name bc I would definitely put it up here to say how wonderful she was at doing her job & helping out a customer. Most of the associates & managers are very nice & will help you out in any way that they can. Clean store, well organized, not in disarray, & there's always someone ready to get you checked out & on your way.

I try to make sure for myself in particular to get timeless items with majority of my jeans👖 and alot of my shirts👕 aswell. I am of a certain age not old but not young either, so I want my clothes to last and labels don't bother me aslong as it's not a Wal-Mart, Rose's, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Target, etc......

The best cashier ever!! She was very helpful, extremely patient, never stopped smiling while she was helping me. I have to say the best cashier of the year!!! Btw I love the red hair !

Very calming quiet and clothing is nice

I went to old Navy coz my Friend was having haircut but to my surprise they had some of the best deals I couldn't resist. I bought 2 gym T-shirt and lower pants just for $14. That have great collection for men , women and kids and prices are great. It's kinda they have everything for everyone if you love clothing.

I noticed that Old Navy has old fashion looking clothesline. I keep visiting the site because I love their jeans. The jeans are good quality and last for long time.

The manager was very helpful. Loved her bubbly attitude.

The prices are low. It wasn't too crowded. I give it five stars because fitting rooms are open when they in most places.

Shopping was great. Cashier 3320742 was even greater. She made my shopping experience so much better. Thank you.

Love the store but it can get disturbing at times. Especially the days when they have a big sales and everything is thrown everywhere.

We do all of the back-to-school clothes shopping here. They always have a wonderful selection of young lady clothes (8 years old), at affordable prices.

Love this place. Always have what we need. This is always my go to for jeans that fit me like they love me lol. Perfect.

Order online pickup in store works well. Adequate parking. Helpful associates. Attractive layout.
