Absolutely thrilled! It’s always a pleasure to go to the Greenville, North Carolina Talbots. The staff is so polite and friendly. They always help me pick out just the perfect outfits. I’m so excited wear all my beautiful new clothes❣

Prices are high but they have good sales and good selections. Sales help is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent choices in every size including plus size. Staff is incredible calling clients by name and helpful without being clingy. The store itself is immaculate with clothing hung neatly and tidy. I will be going back often.

Great customer service!! Elana asked if I needed assistance, I told her I was just browsing. When I collected several items, she asked to and started a fitting room for me. She then checked for an item I was inquiring about. It was not in stock; but, she told me she could place an order for it. I had it in my cart online, but wanted to purchase it in store, if it was available. Later, while trying on items, she came into the fitting room area to see how I was doing. And she checked me out when I was done. I spent about 45 minutes there and had another great experience. Love Talbots stores.

The only thing I do not like about Talbots is their sales receipts. I cannot
figure out how to read them. They are different from all the other stores
I shop. But it is still my favorite store.
