These folks are great.. I wish I knew her name, but the young female pharmacist has helped me twice now in the last few weeks.. I just had spinal surgery and being out of meds for just a day is debilitating.. I've called twice and gave them my situation and they've/she's went out of their way to do my refills asap.. If you've ever had major surgery, you can understand how great this is.. They treat you as a person not just a script.

Very polite, staff is very informative, and helpful when you need to find absolutely anything. Clean environment is very important to me. They treat customers with respect.

I've been using CVS for years and I don't have any issues

James is one of the best managers i've ever met. During this pandemic he was very helpful with me when I came looking for paper towels and toilet paper. I explained to him that I needed it for my children and that i had been running low because I didn't think this would happen. He told me the day that he gets shipment and i was able to come in and pick some up. I am forever grateful to him. He is very kind. CVS is lucky to have him.

Great customer service but very busy so give it some time when waiting for prescriptions.
Best to call in or drop off prescriptions a day prior.
Good prices on vitamins and supplements.

**Update***
This CVS...Gum Branch Rd...is the worst run pharmacy known to mankind. Meds never ready and constant ordering issues( blame everything on COVID) and a super rude pharmacy clerk was insulting, rude and accusing me of not knowing what I was picking up or giving my disabled teen. It turned out, the only competent employee( young new girl) found my script that had never been given to me. These meds were antipsychotic and dangerous for my child to be off them for days while they screwed up and blamed me.
Corporate was informed and District manager was contacted. They still seem to have problems ordering meds, informing customers when they're there, and never have meds done at the same time, so many trips are needed. Hard when you're ill and someone is getting meds for you. Another call to District manager in May 2022 will be done.
Stay away if you don't want these issues!!

Stephanie is awsome. She went above and beyond to solve my workmens comp issue. She did everything absolute right as customer service representative.

Just went into CVS this morning and didn't have a box to put my UPS package in and the Lady at the front went to the back and found me a box and help me so much with my package I really appreciated that she didn't have to but her customer service was much appreciated thank u again ma'am

The pharmacy is amazing, plus they have order online, inside, at window, and delivery!!
