Sassool

This was my second visit to Sassool and it's even better than I remembered. The line was half-way to the door, but it moved quickly from choice to check-out. I appreciate Sassool because there are A LOT of gluten free choices and they are all delicious! Today I tried the chick pea salad, the wow salad, and the chicken salad. The chick pea was awesome and the wow is aptly named. But I want to know what magic is used to create the chicken salad. I sincerely hate celery, but I ate every single piece of it on my plate. Thank you for an absolutely delicious lunch. I can't wait to come back. Next time I'll save room for dessert and make time to shop.

It was fast, easy, and the food was AMAZING. Staff where nice and patient. Food came out really fast, pita bread is fresh. Would definitely recommend coming here.

This a Nice cozy Mediterranean spot in Raleigh, NC. Was visiting my family and decided to go there for some food. We got Salmon, with Grape leaf and mixed vegetables., some chicken and falafel. It was Tasty. Even though it was crowded the Service was good and Friendly.

Just passing through Raleigh exploring and stumbled upon this place… Every so often you discover a new spot that just satisfies on all levels and Sassool goes over and beyond with its flavors, portion sizes, friendly atmosphere, affordability and really all I could say after each bite was “wow this is so good”!

Highly recommend the yellow curry special when they have it - just incredible

Sassool is very fresh food. I get the You Pick 3 which is $11 and so good. It comes with their warm, out of the over, pita bread.

This is probably my favorite Mediterranean food spot. The food is so healthy and tasty, and you get so many side options. I usually get the chicken kabob platter (comes with rice) with veggie sides. The way they cook and flavor their veggies makes it really enjoyable. The portions are definitely satisfying.

Sassool Mediterranean restaurant and market is my favorite restaurant for fresh, authentic and delicious Mediterranean food. Sassool offers a fresh hot/cold food bar with choices of entrees, many side dishes, and desserts all in a clean dine-in or convenient take-out option.
You can choose from a variety of combination platters and can always create your own individualized meal by selecting your favorites. I highly recommend their fresh hummus, vegetarian lasagna, chicken/rice, and grape leaves (but everything is delicious!).
I always enjoy taking a pound of hummus with fresh pita home to snack on for a few days.
You will also want to check out Sassool’s exquisite Mediterranean market which is full of delicacies.

Food is fresh, auethenic and delicious. I ordered the Chicken Shawarma no pita combo with the kale salad and rice with lentils. So good. I also order the finish feta pizzette, it was a little to salty for my taste. The pita as the base was delicious though next time I will get the cheese pizzette.

A calm atmosphere with a Mediterranean aroma, its salads and varied dishes make for a unique experience in its environment. Healthy and economical.

I must confess that since I tried their delicious and healthy food, I have become addicted to continuing to consume their products!The warm and sweet attention of the girls who serve... It's top!

Try the jalapeno cilantro hummus and chicken salad. It's the best chicken salad I've ever had!

If you enjoy Mediterranean food, you must try Sassool! We got a kabob platter and a four side platter. Everything was delicious and filling! They also have a wonderful selection of desserts. You can also purchase grocery items here. They have a nice elections of decently priced items.

Delicious sides and desserts! We loved the triple berry tart, mushroom onion pizzette, and sweet potato salad. Very generous portions for the price and lovely, authentic Lebanese cuisine.

Have recently started frequenting this restaurant, and it never disappoints. We can eat here with both "meatatarian" and vegetarian friends and everyone is pleased. The food is amazingly authentic with a local flair, the deserts are hard to resist and the value and variety are fantastic. We've also used Sassool to cater vegetarian dishes for parties as this is not our area of expertise and have received high praise from our veggie only eating friends. Great local restaurant!

We were in Raleigh last week visiting My Baby Sister and her Hubby so we had to eat out to keep her out of the kitchen. We convinced them to eat Middle Eastern and they recommended this great Lebanese restaurant. The food was so good I forgot to take pictures. I did take a picture of their stuffed dates, really out of this world, though. Their spanakopita was the best I have ever eaten. It’s worth a drive there for that alone. The rest of my choices were excellent. I will eat there again on my next visit to Raleigh.

If I could give this place more stars I would. I was craving a good kabob and this place did not disappoint. Everything was perfect. Can't wait to order here again.

This is a great place for good, healthy, Mediterranean food. Portions are really good for the price and the fresh pitas are amazing!

I love it! Everything is so healthy, it's the only place I can go to pig out on vegetables with such a variety of flavors, mint, cilantro, jalapeno, garlic, lemon! They have pick 3 plates and pick 4 plates and hot food fresh to order and a hot case for daily specials.

Yes, they have beer, and don't forget dessert! Baklava and key lime squares and chocolate mousse and more.

I dont write a lot of reviews, but as a small business owner, I love to see amazing staff handle difficult people in a graceful way and still have the energy to go above and beyond for me and my family. Me and my wife have a small 1.5 year old and Philly always has smile and is so sweet to our baby girl.

Philly is a keeper and I thought the owners should know. We have also never had a bad experience with any of the staff but Philly really stands out.

Sassool is one of my favorite restaurants anywhere, and I get takeout about once a week. Everything is delicious, there are lots of healthful choices, and I love supporting a local, family-owned business.

The food here is so fresh and absolutely delicious!! They have a market so you can buy some of your favorite things for home. If I’m having people over (or don’t feel like cooking) I just get a bunch of containers to go. Fresh out of the oven pita bread, and gluten free and vegan dessert options! It’s literally the best, I can take anyone here and we all can get what we want to eat! The staff is really friendly and these wafers are the so good! One of my favorite spots in Raleigh!
