Omg! The only retailer that carried my size and sort of extremely professional work attire was Hibbett.

The gentleman helped my son pick out his first expensive pair of shoes. We were extremely happy with our choice and our service.

My experience was great' customer service excellent if I could remember his name he was awesome very caring for my grand baby.

I came into get my in store pickup order and was greeted by Ty in Greenville, NC. I was telling him that I always order online bc I don’t really like going into stores and he told me about the store’s instagram account in which I can see the latest shoe drops and clothing. He was very helpful in every way. Customer service isn’t what it used to be so I am very glad to see great service. I’ll be coming back to the store to shop soon.

Every time I go inside the whole team ensures to make guest feel welcomed. They are great at helping you find what you need and more. They work together to make sure everyone is taken cared of. Shoutout to Ronnie!! Amazing customer service.

I visited Hibbett Sports today in Greenville, NC. Amazon had lost an Addidas duffel bag for my niece for Christmas. Ronnie Person Employee Number 119592, said they were out of that item but checked other Hibbett Stores with no success. Ronnie searched all other competitors to assist me. Ronnie called Academy in New Bern, NC and found 1 bag in their store. Ronnie went above and beyond
to help me. He even followed up later to make sure I was able to purchase the bag. I traveled an hour away to purchase the bag. I can’t thank Ronnie enough. I haven’t had this type of customer service in years! This employee needs a raise. Thank you Ronnie! Merry Christmas!

After visiting 3 stores, should have came to this one first! Super Helpful and friendly staff. I would pay more just to not have to deal with the other stores I went to but didn't have to! they have in store coupons as well.
