Five Guys

Best burger in town in my personal opinion but they are pricey, so don’t expect to get a deal. That just comes with the quality of the food. It was delicious and you will be full if you finish it.

Five Guys is always delicious. I love how easy it is to customize a burger with a large variety of topping options. The fresh, hand cut fries are the best by far. My issue with Five Guys is the price. It cost over $14 for me to get a little cheeseburger and a little fry. Calling it "little" is deceiving because the burger is big enough and seems like a regular size and the fries are always overflowing in the cup and fall into the bottom of the bag. I understand I'm paying for quality but this still seems a bit much and I only treat myself to Five Guys a few times a year and it's definitely a place I go alone because I'm not going to pay $30-40 to go with my husband and I certainly will not take my whole family of five. My other issue with Five Guys is their online ordering. I order online so I can just walk in and pick up my food then leave. I don't want to have to come inside and wait but that is always the case here and I don't understand. The system asks to let them know when you are on your way. It even tracks your location to know how far away you are. You can tap a button to let them know you are there but it is never ready and waiting for you. You still have to go to the register and let them know you are there/check-in. In the past I was told it's because they want every customer to get their food hot and fresh to maintain the quality, especially the fries. I get it and my food was still hot when I got home and it was indeed delicious BUT I don't like ordering online just to go inside and still have to wait. I would rather just tap the I'm here button and get notification when my food is ready and then go walk inside to pick it up.

Family friendly, my son and I have been there many times. Best french fries around, made from fresh potatoes. Try the all the way hotdogs.

Best place for a good burger and fries. Is it expensive? Yes, but I know it’s cooked when I order it and good hot food is hard to come by these days. If you haven’t tried it yet, quit waiting!

Food was delicious, hot and fresh. Atmosphere was great. Seating area was open and spacious.

Great burgers, fries and shakes. It's a bit pricey for a burger but the taste is great and all those fries make up for it. Now the fries are getting pricey so we may have to share from now on.

Yes, Five Guys is expensive. $5.00 is much for a hotdog. $9.00 is much for a burger, and $5.00 is much for small fry. BUT! The food is excellent. The five-dollar hot dog is the best I have tasted in NC! So as I ate it, I started planning for my next opportunity to come back. The burger is NOT the kind you can eat driving down the road. I took it home and used a knife and fork to eat. Man, it was good. The fries complement the meal. The place is very clean and the atmosphere is nice. Their prices match up nicely with the quality of their food.

Had five guys for the first time in a while. It was busy and little of the wait but food was Great!! It is expensive but you get good service and fresh food. So I didnt mind indulging this time on this location.

I got the double bacon cheeseburger and fries. I am a big eater and could barely finish. Loved the taste and the fact they tell you which farm the food comes from.

The manager Johnathan is absolutely amazing. He corrected our order tonight and made my husband and I feel so valued. He always kept a smile on his face and was just the best. He went above and beyond to make us happy. He is a huge reason we will be back soon!!! Thank you Johnathan.

Friendly workers and the burger is not bad either

The burgers here are great! I like to get the Bacon Cheeseburger. If you really want to up the ante get your burger with grill cheese as the buns. It's a little expensive to do so, but it takes your burger experience to another level. They also have great fries. Always go with the Cajun ones and be ready they're going to give you a massive portion of fries.

This was my first time to Five Guys and it wasn't terribly busy. Our party was four adults and two kids under 6.
The burgers and hot dogs were fresh, well cooked and very tasty. The french fries are awesome. Drinks are self service and the selection was pretty good. There were also peanuts to snack on while our order was cooked.
I will definarely be back.

Fantastic food! The best burger I've ever had and the fries were perfectly cooked. Managers were extremely friendly and the store was spotless. If you haven't tried a five guys burger you need to go today and get one.

Service is always great and food never disappoints! They even accommodated me with a $10 gift card for having a wait! 🤩🤗 love this location! Became a regular now!
