Avocado toast with feta&bacon as a starter and the carnitas bowl for the main. This meal was absolutely amazing. I came with a few friends and we split the food to try a few things. The fruity waffle was so fluffy that it was magical, I have no idea how a waffle can be THAT fluffy! Everything was amazingly delicious! Sam B was our server and she might have been the best server I’ve ever had in life, she was so friendly and fast! The food came out so dang fast, it was perfect. We will definitely be back.

I had the country fried steak and my wife had the meat lover's omelet. Everything was great. The service was awesome. Everyone in the place was friendly. Very good eating experience. My meal was so good and such a lathe serving that I took home the leftovers in a box. I never do that but there was enough and it was good enough to make me want to. I wish I remembered her name but our waitress was fantastic.

My husband and I eat there frequently on Sundays after church. We enjoy the food. The awesome service! Every waiter waitress we've had have been excellent. This morning we went and we had Jolene, She was outstanding. Awesome customer service friendly. Always goes above and beyond when we come. Awesome Place to eat good hot food always never have a problem. Reasonable pricing , Fast service..

Me and my boyfriend love eating here! Great food for affordable prices. He’s tried the breakfast burger and today he got the spicy honey chicken sandwich and I got the chicken sandwich with a side of their creole mustard and it was delicious! Food came out in a timely manner and was done fresh. Our server was Carissa and her service was outstanding. Very attentive and very friendly! Definitely recommend this place and I’ll definitely be visiting again.

Had a great lunch here the chicken and waffles was amazing with the strawberry butter perfect ! there are several good things on the menu to try. I would recommend this place to others. I wish I would’ve known I could’ve got chicken tenders instead of fried chicken though I’ll have to get that next time. It was a great meal. Great service in my server put me on to a good mixture, syrup in hot sauce with the chicken. You’ll have to try it out if you get the chicken.

What a wonderful way to start the day. Simplicity and familiarity is how I would sum it up. They were very accommodating across the board. Jolene was a great waitress! I had the oatmeal and everything comes on the side so you get to add however you like! Their juices(OJ) are expensive but other than that, I enjoyed my time.

Food was amazing as always. New pumpkin waffles are to die for. And my waiter Kristina was an amazing server! I couldn’t have asked for a better dinning experience.

Food was great. Waitress was super cool and just had a great personality. There was 5 in our group and we all enjoyed our visit to Metro Diner. Will definitely return. Compliments to the cook and everyone there working hard. Great job. Thanks❤

What a wonderful place this is! The atmosphere is friendly, the coffee was good, and the food was phenomenal. I had the chicken and waffles (so did my sister) which was a huge portion of fried chicken and one of the best Belgium waffles I've had in a long time! My youngest got the pancakes which he ate right up. My husband got the biscuits and gravy with eggs and hash browns. Normally he is very picky about his gravy so when he was scraping the bowl for more I knew it was a home run! We all enjoyed our time here very much and have decided to make it our new meeting place when we meet in the middle to see my sister. I definitely suggest checking it out if you're ever in the area. Next time I'm getting a mimosa and trying their eggs benedict!

This is honestly my favorite brunch spot in town! I’ve been here for lunch dinner and brunch and I’ve never had something I didn’t like. But like I said the brunch is my favorite. For a while I was coming all the time and then my schedule changed and I hadn’t been in a while but they remembered me by name and like jokingly razzed me for being gone for so long. Even when in different servers sections some of the ones who know me stop by to say hi. It’s super sweet. When you come make sure you bring some extra cash for the hostess, Donna. She’s a real treat you’ll definitely want to tip her and will wish you had brought extra cash if you don’t. She’s seriously amazing and hilarious and perfect for the job! She sets an amazing and very welcoming atmosphere.

A REAL diner. From the moment you walk in, this looks and smells the part of a legit diner. First time visiting and the food, prices, and service were outstanding. I expect a place like this to be mobbed at lunch and the service and/or food to suffer just a bit. Not so. Tons of options. Really enjoyed everything and will definitely return.

Kaley is the best worker to be here in a century. She didnt even make my food but i could tell it tasted better bc she served with love 😢😢 1000/100 service and should be a stand up comedian! If i could i would rate 10 stars.

We know these kind of places make good plentiful food but we wasn’t expecting this huge plate of food! 😆 not a bad thing at all cause we show nuff took the box with us and finished on the road!

Our beautiful waitress was sweet and checked on us Multiple times.

Bathroom was very clean! Sometimes that matters to people and I am one of them.

Chicken was seasoned & juicy the whole way through. The spicy dipping sauce that goes with it is just the icing on the cake. Grits were made how my daddy & husband makes em.. took me back!

The strawberry butter was absolutely different to us lord we stared at each other in disbelief 😂 😂 we’ll be back!

Service was just as great as the first visit. Our server Kelsea was just awesome.
Oh and the guy that helped with my baby nephew was a great show of southern charm!!
This time I was able to try the carnitas bowl. It was good, but just didn’t have any(enough) seasoning for me. Oh and of course I modified it. I’m not a fan of hollandaise sauce, or sour cream, so I requested to have those removed and replaced with jalapeños and salsa.

We had an amazing Girl's Day Out at The Metro Diner & Rachel's service was top shelf! Many thanks to Tim for uncorking our Champagne!

Always a pleasant experience and the food is 🔥. I like the Spicy honey chicken biscuit but seriously everything I've seen ordered looks spectacular. Shout out to JB - great things going at Metro!

This place is amazing! Very much an old school diner vibe, and the menu was phenomenal! Great food, and the strawberry butter was amazing on the Belgian waffle. Our server, Andrea, was incredibly attentive and made sure my coffee never saw the bottom of its mug. All in all, a perfect place to start my day :-)

Everything you want from a diner!!!! We loved the cheese fries, shrimp and grits, and the pot roast. HUGE servings at a good price. The service was even better than the food if possible.
