Love this staff and Dr. Carroll! Very gentle and compassionate. Kelly renewed my faith in dental hygienists as well. She was gentle and caring. My last hygienist was the reason I quit going to that dentist. This place has been such a positive experience since I’ve become a patient! I can’t leave Dawn out, she takes great care of you the moment you walk in!

Dr. Carroll is the best dentist ever. I have anxiety with dentists but not with him. Hes so sweet and kind and very calming.

Just as the title states..this office is Exceptional! From front desk, to the hygienist to the Dr , their care was personable and informative. I am so glad that I choose Exceptional Denistry of Shepherdsville as my home office and would recommend others to do the same!

I love Dr.Carroll and all his team. From the moment you walk in the door you’re greeted by warm friendly smiles. These guys care about your smile and your budget. I’ve had my teeth cleaned by his exceptional hygienist, fillings by his exceptional assistant (which is definitely his right hand!) I’ve had a crown which fit perfectly and was super quick. If you’re looking for a new dentist or have neglected your proper mouth care, this is the dentist for you! You won’t feel embarrassed. Let’s be realistic… nobody likes to go to the dentist and mostly go when we have an issue! Stop procrastinating!!! It’s easier to fix an issue before it starts! I’ve had terrible dentistry in the past from a very well known chain in which Dr.Carroll has completely fixed. You will get friendly reminder call and text of your appointment time. His exceptional office manager Dawn(not sure if that’s her title,but it should be) makes your convenient appointment, courtesy appointment reminder phone call,settles your bill with the insurance and makes you feel Exceptional when you leave! I’m not a big fan of the dentist and my old one could never get me in regularly. I was so pleased with Kelly and how calm and gentle she was. Her vibe was exactly what I needed to calm my nerves about the dentist.

My dental hygienist was very professional, very thorough and pleasing to talk to you. I would highly recommend them to anyone that’s why I keep going back.

From the moment I called and made my first appointment this place felt like home. The office is nice and clean, the front desk is friendly, and the crew in the back are just amazing! It really feels like family and that’s hard to find these days! I honestly can’t wait for my next appointment!

Welcoming, knowledgeable and courteous practitioners, thorough check up and comfortable throughout cleaning.
This week I had to have an unexpected emergency procedure and was in severe pain. They expedited my visit, reassured me, were informing of what they would do and guided me through the procedure while they tried to keep me as comfortable as they could. They were very careful with the procedure and conscientious about avoiding further pain. The entire staff was caring, attentive, and compassionate and i highly recommend them for both routine dental visits and emergency procedures.

As a fellow dentist I trust Dr Carroll provide high quality dentistry an to ensure my comfort while he treats me. He's a great friend and a great dentist. I highly recommend him.

It’s like stopping by a friends house for a visit. Well except for the fact these friends are highly trained and knowledgeable professionals that truly care about making sure you leave with a smile on your face.

Everyone was super friendly and professional. Dr. Carroll took time to explain everything and made sure I was not experiencing pain while working. The rest of the staff went above and beyond, from writing down what OTC stuff to get, to making sure I had a consultation scheduled with an oral surgeon before I left the office. Highly recommend.

I’ve been coming to Dr Carrol for many years. His attention to detail is refreshing, his determination to make sure you are happy is remarkable. He is a giant in this industry yet he walks in humility. He is not only my dentist, he has earned the right to be called a family friend. Very rare to find such a practice, he’s my dentist for life and I couldn’t be more thankful.

They were wonderful!I had a root can done and i was very anxious about it. They put me at ease. I didn't feel anything and I won't mind having another one. I was in and out within 45 minutes. It's been several days since. I have had no residual pain or difficulty eating.
