I was in a few days ago and had the best customer service ever!! The girl at the counter Lilly was so sweet and kind and answered all of my questions. I struggle with my hearing but she was so patient and made sure I understood everything she said. 5 Star service!

Shepherdsville CVS for helping me with my sons ADHD med when no one else would . I appreciate everything that you did, even if it was just to let me vent. Although it didn’t work out as I had hoped it was at no fault of the CVS workers. A. Etherton

The pharmacist and the rest of the pharmacy staff are very helpful and go the extra mile. The people in the front store areq are always polite and ask if I need help finding anything. The store is always clean. Highly recommend them.

I have been going to this cvs for over 3 months now, they are always super helpful. The pharmacy staff is amazing and the woman up front is the nicest.

Sometimes more than a pill is the prescription is filled here. Our dog Hogan had got out. We looked for hours but it was late and difficult to see. Hogan had made it to CVS Pharmacy and the new pharmacist took him home because it was so late. I posted on the Bullitt County lost pets site and got a message. We walked over and picked him up this morning. She shared that her day had been stressful and she mentioned to her coworkers that maybe they needed a service dog and Hogan walked in. Hogan is back home. I guess sometimes what seems stressful to us; God is working and even can use a dog like Hogan. It's true. God can use anyone. What a dog!!! Thank you to CVS Pharmacy 157 South Buckman for keeping Hogan safe! You truly are kind and look to take of the community. What wonderful caring people. I've been using this pharmacy since this location opened & they are wonderful. The pharmacy employees go above & beyond to help. My health insurance company has made many mistakes regarding prescriptions, all of which were fixed in a timely manner by cvs pharmacists. I very much recommend this pharmacy.

They are most caring and kind. The pharmacies are great. They take good care of all your needs. The staff up from are very kind always asked how I'm doing and very kind to my grandson. Glad they put a CVS out here.

Very fast checkout and getting my prescriptions filled were a breeze. Was quoted a wait of 30-45 minutes and only waited about 15.

I went to Walmart and Walgreens before going here to print pictures (Walmart's equipment was shut down due to the virus and Walgreens equipment wouldnt work right) and I was able to print pictures off instantly, the staff were friendly as could be as well! It was my first time going to this store, I will definitely stop in more!

Customer service was awesome . Store very neat and clean. It made you feel glad that you came in the store today. Even though it was cold and raining and nasty outside it was sunny and warm inside.

Love CVS, great staff, always friendly, When I need to go to the Pharmacy, I think CVS.

My wife and I always get professional and friendly service, and with a rewards card, you can get some pretty good deals from the store.
