Gracie did a great job. We were there on a Friday night. She made sure the kitchen knew about my food allergy and answered my questions about the menu. Our glasses were refilled promptly and dishes cleared. The food was hot. Runners were nice. It was a good night out.

Great waitress. Food was so good as well. Chicken tenders are so tender and crunchy. The people next to us are raving over the chicken enchilada soup.

We stopped going here a couple years ago because the quality of food and service was atrocious. On a whim, we recently decided to give it another shot. Must be new managers or something because this place has done a 180. The staff were excellent and attentive and the food was spot on. We’ve been back twice and each time the service and food has been top notch. If it’s been awhile, give them another chance. They’ve really turned it around.

We stopped off here after biking the Virginia Creeper Trail so we were hungry. We were seated right away and our order was taken at that time. Unfortunately, it took some time to get our drinks and appetizers. When we brought this to our server's attention she apologized and had her manager Destiny come over to check on us. Destiny resolved this issue quickly and brought us our drinks and appetizers right away. They were both so sincere with their apology and made sure the rest of our order came out promptly. The food was delicious and it was just a really nice time. The cocktail area was cozy and clean. Destiny was excellent! We really appreciate the service extended to us.

Our server Debra was full of light and super attentive! My husband and I had a great lunch date because of the atmosphere and delicious food!

The staff was nothing but kind, even while under the immense stress of being understaffed. The abuse of the staff I saw by customers was absolutely disgusting. I watched a family of 4 absolutely tear in to a waitress for 10 minutes after she came up to greet them and tried to argue about menu prices for Margaritas (that were obviously not set by the waitress). I wish there was a manager present to protect their staff from that abuse because absolutely none of it was warranted. I hope those waiters have a happy new year.

Love there food. So good. There chips and dips wow. Those chips are hot and crispy. You have got to try them. All you can eat. My kids love there food as well.

Ethan is an amazing bartender for starters! I came in knowing I was gonna get a margarita.. usually go with the presidential one. But Ethan suggested their holiday monthly margarita...it was DELICIOUS!! Even came with a cute little candy cane! We ordered off the two for $25 menu, so we had the onion petals, steak with mashed potatoes and street corn And the Original chicken crispers with fries and corn. Everything was so good, especially the chicken! Go here hungry and thirsty, leave here happy!!

We we to the Mountains for some R&R!! Needless to say we definitely got it. As a Travel Agent I always venture out and try new places so that I can tell my clients all about it, this Chili's was by far one of the best. Great service, food and atmosphere!! You would want to stop by you won't regret it!!

Burgers and wings were excellent. Our server, Gracie, was quick and attentive. The place was noisy and busy, but it was a Friday night. The overall vibe was cheerful.

So awesome! We had a party of 8 and received GREAT service despite the fact that they were short staffed! Our waitress (i think that her name was ms. Debbie) was so kind and very attentive - plus she made the best sweet tea in the whole south! The cooks were awesome too - food was amazing! AND the manager was super kind and helpful!!

Great place to eat, the food was fresh and amazing. Staff were awesome and friendly and food came quickly! I would definitely reccomend this place with or without friends. Definitely one of my top picks to visit again. I can't stress how good the service and food were enough.

I felt like the luckiest. The GM Destiny, was absolutely fantastic. Her star bartender Sarah, was handling a 30 top, three 2 tops, the bar which had four customers including myself, and a three top. Needless to say it appeared to be a pretty busy scene. Not only was my experience not lacking an ounce of great attention, but it genuinely looked like everybody else also never was hurting for attention. Destiny worked the room like an absolute master. My food AND refills came to me quickly, accurately, and deliciously. I had so much fun talking to these two mavericks, I will absolutely come back again and again. Pro staff, great food, fun atmosphere, AND excellent hands on management, i couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you guys so much! You put chilli's back on the map for me.

On Friday, August 25th, we as an agency had the privilege of taking out clients, approximately 30 were in our party, to Boone NC shopping. Our clients requested to eat at the Chili's located on 105 in Boone. As I am sure you can imagine, having a party of this size, not to mention having persons with IDD, can be a challenge and we have been greeting with less than friendly faces and attitudes at several restaurants in the past. This however was not the case at your restaurant! We walked into an immaculate restaurant and were greeted with enthusiasm from the ladies working at the front counter, the General Manager (Destiny) and to the ladies bringing out the food. My staff and clients were treated with utmost respect and dignity, which I can tell you is not something that happens often.

I would like to thank Destiny and her amazing staff for providing my clients with an experience they will not soon forget!

Each of my experiences at this location has been better than the last!! The first time an extremely sweet waitress gifted us a fresh set of salsa and nachos when we decided to take out. The most recent time, due to a small communication error on my part we had to make a small change to an already placed order and they gifted us a half order of Texas cheese fries! Also all of the staff are extremely funny and nice to talk to! Very chill and fairly priced place to get lunch/dinner.
