Ashley Store

My husband and I stopped in the Florence, SC Ashley Store, in December, just to quickly look at what they had. Really wasn’t quite ready to buy. Pauline was so friendly and helpful. She quickly learned our taste and showed us a couple of living room sets. I fell in love with the Discota, so soft and cuddly. She helped me get no interest financing and then was able to hold and deliver the set when I was ready for it. She provided such great customer service. I would definitely recommend asking for Pauline when you shop at Ashley in Florence, SC. She will do her best to get you the best deal.

Deanna was wonderful!!! She treated us like family. Had a beautiful smile and such positive energy. Best experience we've ever had with a sales person!!!
We will definitely be back to purchase more furniture.
Even the manager was great....he worked with us on the price. Can't believe we got such a great deal.

Peyton is an excellent salesman. He’s a great listener and has excellent customer service skills. He was very well mannered and respectful. He didn’t rush me through my selection process and was very attentive to my needs and wants in a new living room set. He made sure to help me find what I was looking for and made sure that it was well within my budget. Peyton is very knowledgeable about his store’s products and was very patient with me when I had questions. My experience with Ashley Furniture today was very pleasant and that had much to do with Peyton’s level of customer service. I appreciate his kindness and caring personality.

Thank you Pauline for your positive personality and patients! She took the time to help us with everything we needed! We took a hours of her time and she didn’t complain not once. And with our son being disabled, finding something perfect for him has been difficult and she went above and beyond to help get what he needs! She took the time to also find the best discounts. Peyton Michaels made my mothers shopping experience a pleasant one. Her and I talked for months about getting her a new living room set and decided to come out “just to look.” Peyton was very patient and kind with my mother and addressing all of her needs and wants in a new furniture set. My husband and I had the greatest pleasure and experience with Denna Woodbury at your Florence,SC location. The very first encounter I had on day one she made me feel welcomed, and that I was welcomed unlike other Ashley Furniture locations. She was very pleasant,helpful, patiient, not over eagered to pick anything vs what i really wanted and understanding. Dianna calmed my concerns by offering other suggestions, it was the greatest experience ever. When I returned on my third visit with my husband she answered all of his questions and made him feel welcome also. She is a great asset to Ashley Furniture and promotes an experience to always return and refer other customers.

Mrs. Deanna is one of the best sales associate I’ve ever had! The first time i walked Into the Ashley’s I was paired with a man that stated he’d give me a good bundle deal and when i went Home I got home i found out that he didn’t give me any discount and actually tried charging me more. But when i got here the second time Mrs. Deanna came by and gave me the price i wanted And took real good care of my family and I! She’s superb, kind and very very helpful!!
