McDonald's

Nothing better than sweet tea and a strawberry and cream pie! Yummy goodness. This is a very clean store. Even the bathroom is clean. I actually interrupted the kid cleaning it. They were out of tea in the lobby but thankfully there was tea at the drive thru. The mobile app is great. I saved 20% and my order was done when I exited the bathroom.

Is6 great food as always considering my family gets drive through to go home and eat once a week we seem to favor there cooking better than one on west palmetto I know my daughter does foe sure maybe we go on the wrong day too get food at that one guess Monday wound be the best 👌 lol 😆 😳 but keep up the great tasting food don't change a Thang other than sometimes the drive through people little short meaning rude or they don't give u all your food or the right food when u tell them u can see the look on there face like i don't care but the ones that take pride in there job and care about there customer step in and make it better all round

Stopped here to grab some food for one of my kiddos. While the drive thru line was long, it moved quickly and everything in my order/bag was right. Great job!

I love me some McDonalds but I barely eat it, it hits different every time!

I had a very long day at work and wanted a few McDoubles for supper. I stopped by and the young lady taking the payment was super friendly. She smiled and asked how my day was going. It really made my afternoon better, after a long week of work. It’s hard to get good customer service anymore but they were super fast. Sorry, I didn’t get her name but it was the young lady with the pink hair, great customer service, thanks.

It's McDonald's, what else can you say. That being said, consistency isn't a bad thing. Food was as expected, no mistakes in my order, and the employee who brought our food to the table was very nice (ordered from the kiosk and grabbed one of the table markers with a number on it). Is it always this good? no, but if people are willing to throw out a 1 star for bad service, they should also be willing to give a 5 star when it's good. I've lived near this McDonald's for 15 years, and they've definitely been good way more often than bad.

Customer service here isn't pleasant. When you go in the employees will look and stare some will even laugh if they see something wrong with you. I honestly think they need to hire individuals who is mature and has better people skills. They wonder why customers get upset, it's because of the service they receive. Who wants to spend their money and time for service like the service you get there? They need an undercover boss working day and night just to see what really goes on at this restaurant and many many more.

Drive through was fast and prompt

I go for the Carmel Frappuccino and 40piece nugget for 10.99 great deal and fresh nuggets the McDonald's on irby Street is thr best thus far

This is a very busy store, in a very busy area , but they handle it . I eat at McDonald's quite a bit, and have visited every one of them in Florence, and this one is the best . The food, the cleanliness, and the people , hats off to all of you

Food was fresh and hot. My only complaint is the sweet tea being way to sweet. It could use work, but I fixed it by getting half and half. I enjoy the new mobile ordering, it makes the places like this one that use them a lot faster.

After a long hard day of work my stomach was growing and I had a hunger headache. I realize McDonald’s was open in the past I’ve personally never like McDonald’s until the night of February 12, 2021. The food I had was nice and fresh and all the employees were friendly nice and caring so I would like to say keep up the good work and every one working that night should receive a raise for they excellent work.

The staff engaged you upon entering the restaurant. The cashiers actually aim to please, they give you time to make up your mind without feeling like you are a bother. Customers should care more and do a better job at the soda fountain to eliminate spills and over filling their drinks; this creates a danger for all customers.

5 stars because currently they are offering a free apple pie if you large size your combo. Literally the last people on the planet who need apple pies are those of us who large size our combos. I declined the free apple pie. My fries were barely warm. But, I digress. They offered me a free apple pie.

I am a delivery driver for McDonalds and I can tell you first hand that the Manager of this location is very picky about how fresh the food is and he will not receive product if it has been crushed at all. He is always very nice to every customer and he even says good morning to every customer as we put his delivery up. Take it from me, they do it best here!

This mcdonalds always has friendly staff & VERY fresh food. My fries are always fresh & hot, so is my McChicken and anything else I order. Sweet tea is awesome too & I love their frappes! If your in the area & in the mood for McDonald's I highly recommend this one.

Best ever
Staff and manager was extremely friendly and I felt they were excited to see me. Food was piping hot and warm syrup. Richard and Maurice McDonald ( Which were very close friends with my family)would be very pleased with this store...kudos....

Very fast and courteous service. Ordered big mac, fries and milkshake. I was very hungry and food was very good.

Got breakfast here it was good, the servers were good, bless their hearts! Even being short-handed so much they still got the food out in a timely manner.
