When is the h2o vending machine going to get fixed? It has been down all summer. Please open more lines. And can we get the white chocolate macadamia cookies back?

Went in to check things out. They let us browse around before deciding to purchase a membership! We ended up getting the plus membership and shopping while there! Can't beat the prices on alot of the items!

Had to make a pick-up at the pharmacy. It's the best in town. All of the staff are great, especially Tre. He is always friendly and helpful.

Wonderful deals if you have a large family or if you own a restaurant or are selling things etc. The staff is very friendly too!

Amazing store! Almost always fully stocked! Super clean! The bakery is AMAZING!!!! I highly recommend their cinnamon rolls and keylime pie!

A higher prices than normal I think they're changing their meats some of them don't taste the same they're hamburgers don't taste the same the meatballs do so I got meatballs!

The morning team does amazing handling pick ups! The employee who said everyone calls him Key is always fast with bringing out our order!

Great customer care and great prices. Sam's is a smart option for anything. I always check with them first before buying furniture, tires, groceries and jewelry or many other items. Love their pizza combo for lunch and 25 cent bottle water.

We shop mainly for the fruits and vegetables available at the store. they carry lot of organic produce as well.

I like to buy in bulk to feed many different types of eaters over a month; rather than week by week. So I love the convenience of warehouse shopping. Make sure you don’t get ahead of what your freezer and refrigerator has room for!! Double check your prices, think before you buy. Never assume the item(s) will be there next time and Always wear comfortable shoes, never go hungry and have fun. Twice I’ve been unhappy with A purchase, both times Sams was eager to help, refund or exchange the item without any hassle.

This was my first visit since the start of covid. I've been ordering online because I rarely make it to the Florence area. This particular time, I was close by and thought how much I really missed the in person experience and decided to stop.

With the scan and go app, I got to skip the lines and check out through the app. It was amazing and made my day because I didn't have to stand in line!

While shopping there this afternoon the top of the Manicotti I picked up from the premade section leaked and got all over my jacket. One of the employees helped me out and even gave me a new jacket. I wish I would’ve gotten her name, but in the moment I didn’t think to do so.I’m not sure if she was a manager or not, but she was so nice and really went above and beyond. I feel like that kind of customer service is very rare today.
