I want to share that the service and the restaurant were immaculate, with well-maintained restrooms. The staff members were cheerful and welcoming, making the overall experience delightful. Thank you for providing such an excellent service!

The woman who took my order had excellent customer service skills. She also exhibited patience with the group in front of me, which seemed to be having a bit of difficulty deciding what they wanted. She prepared my order personally. This was a great experience and refreshing after having experienced a few bad customer service experiences at other establishments recently.

Good frappe. The sugar cookie flavor is a good seasonal option I really enjoyed. My Starbucks always has dirty tables though.

This Starbucks has been renovated and now the inside matches how great the staff are. Food and drinks are consistently good and service keeps pace during peak times. Highly recommend.

My iced Caramel macchiato was fixed perfectly, and the guy fixing it was amazing!! The best personality!!

There's times I go to florence especially for a cold.coffee drink from here! It's Abt 7 dollars for a med bit it's so worth every penny

I went there last year in April and it had quite a line at the drive-through but it was nice on the outside and inside and the people were very friendly and nice and tried to help us in and out as quickly as possible.

This is a very conveniently located Starbucks with a drive-thru! The friendly baristas provide quick service and great coffees!

By far, MY FAVORITE STARBUCKS! This store is a prime example of how customer service should be at a Starbucks. Even when they make errors, their apologies are genuine and they always go above and beyond. Be patient if you only see a few of them...don't forget, they are humans just like you :)

Food is always fresh and the atmosphere is something to remember

Damon & staff were fast, courteous,& efficient. As the face of customer service while working the window, they did well with polite small talk and hand-off. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the drive-thru line moved today and even more so that they got my somewhat complicated order correct. The team hustling together today must be one that communicates and syncs well together. I would only recommend that your location consider increasing your weekly order of the fruit & cheese protein box as you seem to be out of it quite often. Otherwise, kudos on a great visit with excellent staff who even indulged me while I snapped a quick pic! My drink was consistent in flavor and mixture as should be expected across locations. Thank you!

You got to love this place always my face but I do wish that they would keep my favorite drinking stock but they did accommodate me by adding a special sort that I like to another beverage of my choice! Also you can join the rewards program earn points towards future purchases!

Never fear Starbucks is here! I needed a Caramel Frappuccino this morning and yes with extra Caramel drizzle. Awesome 👌. They also have awesome Refreshers, very good for your thirst. If you haven't, go!

Great quick mid-day snack and pick-me-up for myself and my husband! The staff was very friendly and helped me figure out a new drink to try rather than my standard go-to.

These 5 stars are for Ruby. I love that you take the time to bring my drink to the table even though I try and do it myself. You also took the time to say hi to me at the drive thru. Your drinks are also very good. Kind, courtesy, and has a great work ethic.
