ALM Hyundai Florence

This was initially going to be a one-star review .Be careful when you buy a car from here .They have fees that they don't really disclose before you sit down to make a deal .Fees of 4k non-negotiable items that weren't performed, btw .The first financial manager needs a bit more people skills training .(Im really being nice here )We we're leaving the parking lot, and Jenna Littlefield came out to us and apologized for his behavior .She asked what could be done .She took care of the fees and we bought the car .I don't mind paying some fees, but 4k ? 😐Ray was gracious enough to stay over his shift to close our deal .We drove over two hours one way .Thank you, Jenna !!

Very pleased with Ken GM Michael or Ray with the financing part we have dealt with both of them and they're both on point a long with Jolly the salesman, but once you become a part of the ALM family Eve is always there to help in anyway top notch customer service, Between me and the wife both my boys and daughter in law we definitely are a ALM/ Hyundai family

I instantly felt like family from the first phone call, before I ever set foot in the place. Talking to Jon felt like talking to someone I have known for my whole life. He showed so much more than just professionalism, and helped me make the best purchase of my life.

I came with the thought I was getting a new Sonata, and when he saw my curiosity towards the Kona he helped me prioritize what works best with everything I wanted, as well as remaining under my budget. His knowledge of the products and services made me feel comfortable asking questions, and his demeanor made it easy to not feel ashamed or embarrassed for asking what to him were probably basic questions.

Overall, he used his knowledge and experience to help guide me in the right direction, and I could not be more satisfied with how the day went. I say 5/5 stars, and if anyone is in the market for a new vehicle, you're doing it wrong if you aren't asking for Jon at ALM Hyundai Florence!

In particular our salesman Jolly was very knowledgeable about the car, price & was very honest. Also we need comment about our experience with Mike from Finance. he was very thorough, honest & helpful. If we should purchase another Hyundai we will definitely be using Jolly & Mike again. they are exemplary employees. Please note, this is our 4th Hyundai Santa Fa and the 9th Hyundai car purchased by our family which speaks volumes about the quality of the Hyundai brand. Definitely ask for Jolly if you are considering purchasing a Hyundai!

Salesman, James offered an excellent experience for me as a first time buyer. I gave him my price range, payment range and additional features of the desired vehicle. Immediately he was prepared for the task at hand. Before walking through the inventory, James used their technology to pull up the inventory that met my requirements. I was thoroughly impressed with his attention to detail and knowledge of the vehicles I test drove. He sold me at the desk but another experience salesman can to assist. James needed no assistance. He did a great job on his own. I will end by saying, if you want a seamless sale, ask for James. He sells with integrity and knowledge that what the customer wants is important.

Great experience! Got almost all the work done online and on the phone and just had to sign some paperwork and take a quick spin before the car was mine all mine! Jolly was a terrific and low-pressure salesman.
