Pilot Travel Center

Nice place to stop for the bathroom and snacks! The bathroom was clean and accessible. A lot of food, coffee, and snacks. It also includes a little gift shop.

When I'm travelling I love to stop at this Pilot location, exit 164 Lucas Rd, Florence. Today it was a bit crowded because they were doing construction so it was hard to get in and out for the gas pumps and into the store. Inside the bathrooms are normally clean making it a good place to stop. The associates are friendly. It is a great place to stop while for snacks, to stretch your legs, to take a break and refresh yourself.

Driving thru landed on a gem at the this pilot they have a taco bell it was clean service was above and beyond great management food was fresh customer service impeccable thank you Jazz, Eric,&Chris keep up the amazing work we will visit again

Excellent customer service their coffee is always hot and ready with multiple choices just what we need for traveling. Great food options there and around the area. I visit here everytime I am traveling to VA. Average to lower gas prices for your fill up. Clean restrooms and store.

Bre (forgot her entire name) was very personable and that a as refreshing. Store was clean and Raspberry ice tea in a fountain. Thanks for putting cool people to work up front during busy hours. She made it nice

Okay, look, it's a truck stop.you're not expecting a five star restaurant service. But for a truck stop, it's really good. The restrooms are always sparkling clean, the coffee is always really, really good, and the food is always extremely fresh. I passed through this way a lot, and I always drop by this particular pilot because I know I can trust it

I don't normally write reviews for a place I popped into on a long journey to Alabama, but I will make an exception with this place. I was greeted with the unbelievable smell of Cinnabons and the smile and greeting of the person making them. I then was looking for the "facilities" and another employee, Jamie, quickly saw my lost look and immediately directed me. The whole atmosphere was nice, welcoming, clean and friendly. Keep up the good work Pilot Travel Center 337!

We were just passing by, saw the sign for gas (the cheapest we'd seen in VA, NC, and now SC), and stopped for gas. Gotta hand it to them, the ladies room was clean, and the employees were nice. One pointed me back to the store area (I turned the wrong way coming out of the ladies room). Another advised me on their Pilot- FlyingJ rewards card (call customer service if you have a hard time figuring out the online registration process especially if you've had a card already or a Good Sam card). There food from all the eateries made the whole place smell enticing. I didn't buy any food or items since I didn't need anything and the items seemed a bit pricey although you are pretty far from other stores so you're paying for the convenience. Of course, parking is free.

Not sure why, but this place has become my regular stop when traveling up and down 95. It is clean, pumps are usually oacked with lines. But the prices make it worth the wait. The staff has always been friendly.

Very nice, quite clean, the manager was very helpful as I had an issue with the diesel pump. Very polite people, I love South Carolina! Be sure to visit the pecan store next door! Lots of really good stuff!

It was late at night when we stopped for gas and to use the restrooms the workers were very friendly greeted us when we came in and when we left.... And what I was most exited about is there bathrooms were clean!!!! Thank you so much pilot store for being friendly and having a clean environment I can take my kids into!!!

Just a gas stop, and a quick run through. Two staff members welcomed me and said hello.

Lots of selection here. Gas was inexpensive when I was here. VERY busy though.

This was a good place to stop. The gas was reasonably priced. Inside the staff was friendly and courteous. The selection was extensive. They had everything we needed. I would gladly stop there again and would recommend it highly.

Wheelchair accessible. Super busy place. Clean restrooms, cheap gas, hot showers, snacks and Mini Cinnabon right at the entrance. Smells amazing! Good luck getting past them without buyin' any.
