I love Dr. Valerie. I have a real fear of the dentist. I had to take x-rays today and I always tense making the apparatus in my mouth hurt worse. Though, the assistant hygienist was gentle and patient. I still had problems. Dr. Valerie herself took the time to come in, calm me, and finish the x-rays. Then she took the time to answer all of my questions, thoroughly, patiently, and with the utmost respect. I would never go to anyone else. She is reaching out to my insurance to get me good estimates on what I can except on a upcoming procedure, so there are no monetary surprises. This a quality 👌 caring place. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

Had another visit today. A "Deep Cleaning " and they can be painful. As always Dr. V was patient and helped me tto relax. Her dental assistant was awesome. Very good experience 👌 again.

Very friendly staff. My appointment was to get a filling replaced and was a good experience with very little pain. I would recommend this dentist to anyone that has a fear with dentists. Everyone in the office makes you feel comfortable. Call and schedule an appointment and give them a chance to make you smile 😀

this was my first time here at Key family dental but i will definitely be back as well as recommend to family and friends. my entire experience was amazing! from scheduling all the way up to the actual procedure everyone was nice, professional and very pleasant to interact with.

The Staff is always so welcoming. Dr. Valerie, and Dr. Key are fast but always efficient! They have been my dentists for at least 10yrs. Dr. Valerie explains everything to you, very thoroughly before you schedule the procedure. Best Dentists in Louisville in my opinion 😍

Had to have crown replaced. Dr. Valerie was sure to explain everything ahead of time. I had question about what insurance covered that she was able to answer. Everyone in office was friendly and efficient.

Dr Key and his staff are wonderful! Have to mention had two teeth filled and didn’t even hurt—without any meds to numb me up. Might not seem like a big deal to most people but it’s Valentine’s Day and I’m not gonna have a numb lip!

Lost a filling last night my dentist of 31 years couldn't get me til Monday afternoon. My wife called key family dentistry. They got me in within 2 hours. Now guess who my family dentist is now. The all were very kind and helpful. They went as far as filling out my medical history, since I'm not very fast on computers. Now that's what I call friendly service. Dr. Key was very good filling my tooth. Looking for a good dentist call them.

Dr.Key and his staff at Key Family Dentistry are phenomenal! Making an appointment is a breeze and the receptionist is very sweet and personable. I actually enjoy my dental visits now, where as before I had apprehensions about going to the dentist, as many people do. The wait time is never long and the hygienists are nice, gentle and make the appointments go smoothly! I’m so glad I chose Dr. Key! 🦷 🪥 ✨

There isn't a better dentist in Louisville. They are very caring. The staff there is very friendly. I used to hate going to dentist but after going there they made me more at ease going to dentist. I wouldn't go any where else. I would highly recommend them.

A perfect experience. Dr. Valerie won’t tell me how much perfect job filling in my cavities. I didn’t have to get numbed. She did this without any pain on her.or me. I have been there for a teeth cleaning and for this new patient and I am 100% satisfied strongly recommend Key Family Dentistry.

The staff here is really exceptional. You can tell they all really love the work that they do. I had a crown fall out over the weekend and Dr. Key was able to see me on Monday and get the crown back in place. Thank you!!
